  • I am happy to bring you first episode of our new series with my brother LittleBeastM. After very bad injury I am finally back and I will train hard now to get even more power than before injury. Stay tuned for more. LittleBeastM got injured even more badly 1,5 year ago he torned his bicep tendon when working his full planche holds. Now we both are ok, healthy and happy that we can train and inspire each other and mainly of course YOU, to be better YOU and find your inner power not just physically but also mentally! REMEMBER, everything is in your MIND. WE both got shot down into our knees but we risen and now WE ARE BACK. SUBSCRIBE FOR EPISODE 2. Good Luck, stay injury free and train smart.     im 6'4 and weigh 220lb and this gives me motivation to keep going..I've been looking for some one that has my weight and doing elite calisthenics..great vid keep them coming

    I've been watching your videos and I have to say, I am impressed...I mean for somebody who is 95+, this is quite a performance and I imagine the hard work behind man....so huge respect and keep on posting man !

    Cool, it's nice to see you guys don't give up after injuries. I had some bad shoulder injuries ( dislocation ) and kept on trying with light weights to strenghten the ligaments, now i'm training calisthenics and martial arts, thank you for the motivation. I hope i get to your level one day.

    epic collaboration!! glad neither of you let your injures stop you. I probably have a bad hip for life and my lower back will never be the same but that won't stop me from training. I do both weights and calisthenics. I hit a 135 pound pullup at 235 pounds

    Greeting's Adam!! you guys are a great inspiration, by far very few of the best. I saw one of your vidz, were you had a two year training i believe; my question is, what exactly did your training look like? I am eager to learn and frankly can't find any group out there or true calisthenics training routine, all are basic military stuff... which i do and see progress! but i want to learn from you brother, hope to inspire those one day like you have inspired me...thank you.Salute and stay humble!

    Raw and LittleBeast are truly monsters, but Raw's "dips", aren't really dips at all and are questionable. LittleBeast does it much cleaner, Raws hips don't even descend a couple inches, but his head lunges forward a full 2 feet. Other than that, very impressive.

      Adam Raw Gotcha, just was confused on the technique there. Hope you are all recovered. Your videos are always worth a watch and are very motivating. Pistols in your cooldown, thats when you know you're good.

    Hi its for people who dont have perfect diet, otherwise I dont reccomend it. But today its hard fpr many people to get nutrition from right diet - they dont have discipline or money or time. So for some people supplements are option and sometimes I advertise the good ones to give people right tips. :)

      +giuseppe raucci He's humongous here. Now after that injury, he's had to lose A LOT of weight. Here he's definitely around 95-97kg, I reckon more like 97. Now he's down to 88-89 kg to maintain safety due to injury :(

    Considering raws injury and muucch bigger size, which is a big disadvantage, he has to be twice as strong as lbm so don't knock the guy. Raw is big, ripped and strong. Not much or no fat for post injury. A great inspiration for anyone with common sence which seems to be lacking these days.

    maybe, but I am sure he is under 88kg line. Also he dont train elite calisthenics (handbalancing, full rom hspu, heavy weighted calisthenics and so on..) But I dont have problem with anyone in game, we all are family. There are just a few I really respect.. LittlebeastM and Daniel Vadnal among jsut a few..

    Good job as always. How did you injure yourself? I am in the process of learning handstand push-ups and planche but worry a little about injuring myself. Shoulders especially since they are a relatively weak joint. What's your opinion?

    Great video and nice to see that it can be done at 95kg+ at your height instead of the hundreds of vids on youtube showing a 155cm guy weighing 70kg dripping wet, fair play to them for doing it but it hardly has the impact that both of you have at this level and size.Keep it up .....go go go from England.

    Great skills and technique!!! I wouldnt be able to do any of this at that kind of bodweight. It takes a huge amount of skill to do these moves and i took awhile b4 i could do half of these stuff!!! btw whats the second song to this video?

    Adam, I'm 17 years old and I want to put on more muscle. I am in good shape now just I want to put on size and especially want really thick back muscles. What tips could you give as to how my sets and reps should be when I workout? and should i workout only a few times a week or can I workout every day? full body workouts or splits? you are an inspiration to many street workout athletes where I am from!!
