The Nitro Santoku is a bit of a weird one, that is made as a powder/ride everything board, with a longer stretched out nose and tail, with a twin shape and regular camber. It has a really soft flex, which works well in deeper untouched powder, but makes it harder work on other terrain. - กีฬา
Great review as always!
What snowboards do you ride for personal use?
Thanks, I have a Capita Mercury that I use for everything except park, and a Capita Outsiders for park.
What siize for the santoku 156 or 159 ?
Stylish vid. More footage of riding would be cool. Similar to the Capita Mercury and Outsiders reviews! Have you tried any of the ride pig boards like the Twinpig?
Thanks! I haven't ridden the Twinpig, but I bough the Warpig and have videos of it and the Superpig, they are pretty fun.
What camera and pole r u using to record yourself here?
It's the Insta 360 one x amzn.to/2WUHUVg and the invisible selfie stick
Hey robot, my father is 80 kg, has size 8 boots and is an intermediate rider. Do you feel like he could handle the size 159cm santoku? I thought as its a fast turning softer board it could even work with his small feet, but im really not sure, what do you think as someone whos ridden the board?
Yeah he will be able to get away with riding the 159, though the 156 would feel quite a bit easier to turn for size 8 boots, it's 5mm narrower which would be an advantage. He is still in the weight range for the 156 (60-80kg) and the 159 is only (65-85kg) so I would probably try and get the 156 as a first choice.
not surprised you didn't really like it, Avran from angry snowboarder hated it!
Yeah it definitely has a stranger ride
What is Your opinion on DC Company jacket? What size do You wear?
Yeah I really like it, I used it everyday this season and never got wet or cold in it. It is pretty expensive though, but seems to be worth it. I have the large, and am 6 foot 160lbs.
