the lyrics may be about the user slowly convincing the enemy to stay around to hear the song despite it's suspicious tone at the start (it only gets more blatant further on but by then it's too late) It's even creeepier than expected, Ill put it in my favorites!

I like to think the line "A Ka Dua No Ra" is actually the line that slowly kills you. Just imagine, you hear it sung, and then all of a sudden you're singing too. It's sung again, and you can no longer breathe, but you're still singing. It's sung again, and you can't feel the ground beneath you anymore, you can't see anything, but you also can't scream out because you have no control of your voice. You sing the horrid song, having no way to fight back without help. It is sung the final time, and you literally feel your heart stop. Yet, you still sing. The song doesn't end with "A Ka Dua No Ra" after all. When there is no lyrics left to sing, your corpse falls to the ground, still humming the tune until you are burnt to crisp or buried deep below the ground where nobody can hear your unending hums.

But for me her face seems to say she has realised what the song is all about and now wants to stop singing but can´t. The part where she has the crown is the final part. the song have now gained full control filling her whith the disire to sing and doom all who hear her. but you can still see the cry for help in her face, even in the evil glowing eyes. Or am i the only one who see it like that?

I can't seem to find anyone talking about the fact that the line "a ka dua no ra" (translation in description video if you forgot) is basically the singer asking Ra to take the light out of everyone that hears the song thus killing them. This gives me hardcore flashbacks to the haunted house on the edge of the desert in Black2/White2 where you find the Cresselia feather and learn about a family who lost their daughter and her abra to Darkrai's nightmare centuries ago. Sickening, but sweet, goosebumps, and fond but fearful nostalgia.
Trick or Treat should be one next because it follows the themes of both Destiny Bond and Perish Song in that it turns a pokemon into a ghost type I.e. kills them. Ominous Wind is another good choice as well as Poltergeist as another potential song. Ominous Wind could even just be incorporated into another ghost type move song like a lot of others.
@@loturzelrestaurant I think it symbolizes that the user is very powerful. The queen part is because the user, probably a she, controls when the other dies. The puppet on a string part is because the string symbolizes the lifeline and the song is the scissor cutting it, making the listener die.
The way I imagine it, the moment the singer begins the Perish Song, something similar to a curse takes her over, preventing its singer from stopping the chant. The "puppets" could refer to the pokémon on the battlefield, including the user, since the cure decides when to take their lives. (It's just a theory though, purely crafted from the lyrics)

Not since hearing Destiny Bond for the first time have I felt such chills going down my spine from hearing such a melody, Bravo Trickywi and YZYX, this song was as beautiful as it was mystical.
I'm not very experienced with digital music production, but it'd be cool as hell if when someone else covered the song they did in in a slightly different style, say rock or funk, and we had basically different "songs" representing different people/characters, kinda like how you wouldn't expect different Pokemon to have the same voice when singing something

Trick or Treat should be one next because it follows the themes of both Destiny Bond and Perish Song in that it turns a pokemon into a ghost type I.e. kills them.
Ominous Wind is another good choice as well as Poltergeist as another potential song. Ominous Wind could even just be incorporated into another ghost type move song like a lot of others.

This kinda feels displaced in the Lyrics.
@@loturzelrestaurant I think it symbolizes that the user is very powerful. The queen part is because the user, probably a she, controls when the other dies. The puppet on a string part is because the string symbolizes the lifeline and the song is the scissor cutting it, making the listener die.
The way I imagine it, the moment the singer begins the Perish Song, something similar to a curse takes her over, preventing its singer from stopping the chant. The "puppets" could refer to the pokémon on the battlefield, including the user, since the cure decides when to take their lives.
(It's just a theory though, purely crafted from the lyrics)

Not since hearing Destiny Bond for the first time have I felt such chills going down my spine from hearing such a melody, Bravo Trickywi and YZYX, this song was as beautiful as it was mystical.

I'm not very experienced with digital music production, but it'd be cool as hell if when someone else covered the song they did in in a slightly different style, say rock or funk, and we had basically different "songs" representing different people/characters, kinda like how you wouldn't expect different Pokemon to have the same voice when singing something

I love the "Egyptian" vibe. And there's a sort of sinister playfulness within the vocality that mirrors the lyrics, re: "what exactly is the worst that can happen?", from the perspective of the 'Bloody Mary' goading the curious mortal into completing the ritual that will free her.
