Yes, I have run 4 ultra marathon, 7 FM, 8 HM, 10KM and 5 KM race. Pacer for standard chartered full marathon before. But no more, it takes too long to train for a FM. To have a good FM, you need at least 20 weeks of training. No longer have the stamina to wake up at 4 am to go for long run and speed training.
I instead have chosen half and completed before sun raise. If it’s just for overall fitness, I guess the full marathon not so worth it, especially due to the heat and humidity - it’s a clear scene that the running form collapsed, the body energy depleted, no endorphin surge afterwards. Good to see you’ve kept your spirit high afterwards. Running shall be fun not a torture.

Haha my driver wanted to drop me at Raffles Place n I rejected .. forced him to drop me in traffic jam near to the village
I was late and the driver told me the road was blocked and no where to drop me😅
