Howdy, Ed. I've got a bottle of that sealer in my Oliver, it has a pretty big crack in the outside of the block under the carburetor. Didn't see it under all the crud when I bought the tractor. It wasn't really leaking but it was just a little wet. It still looks like it seeps a little but I've never had to add any coolant. Who knows how much sealer it already had in it. I hope it gets you through hay season. I did not know the hoses were different from R12 to R134. Hope you have a good one, Ed

It's got to be a liner o-ring seeping.....I'm not working tomorrow, going to cut hay, my Tuesday went fine till 4pm, then I said screw this ...my hay is more important than this frigging place....😡😡😡. One nice thing about the 94 series, the low coolant sensor works 👍 I don't like popping the cap every day, causes coolant loss. Once a week, or when the idiot alarm goes off. Check it every day and add coolant in a week, or check it weekly and add coolant every couple of months, or not at all. That's been my experience.

Coolant leaks. What a pain. I'm still depending on Irontite to keep the leaking head sealed on the Magnum. External, not internal leak. Red Tek always gets our AC charged up again if they happen to leak down over winter.
@@roosty6 irontite is one of the 3 I was looking at. The stuff I used, was what we could get the fastest and a friend in Idaho has used it...got them through hay season.
Red tek works great! Unfortunately it won't seal the hoses on the semi.. I've tried.

Today was good, and bad day.
The good news is I figured out my problem with the headlights.
The bad news is sticker shock on the light switch module.
I was thinking the truck was haunted.
The headlights, and markers would turn on with the ignition, and switch in the off position.
It's been gradually worse for 3 weeks.

Got 3 inches of rain out of that thunderstorm. Talking about another 3 over the next few days. So 70 acres of alfalfa is getting a nice bath.

Geeze, coolant into the pan isn’t ideal. Is it a lot or just a bit. I’ve got one versatile that leaks a little in, put it takes over a hundred hours to get maybe a cupful show up in the pan when it settles out and I drain it. Water pump will be in for my versatile this week after waiting 3 weeks. But at least he found one for that old 700, they’ve discontinued a lot of parts for those 555 Cummins, but he found an aftermarket one.
Guess I got the answer on how much coolant. 🤣👍🍻

@@michiganhay7844 I don't remember if it had one before, but I did put that one on. Tractor was a mess when we got it, electronic 3 point didn't work, bunch of other issues, so everything got redone.
Did you look at your radiator cap ? Is the rubber swollen ? You might pull the rubber for less pressure on the system
@@donovanvolk8583 caps fine. Don't really want to run it loose, don't need the rad full of 💩
If you have a random cap laying around or one you can rob pull the rubber out or part of it and it should fit tight to keep the junk out
