If you're excited to dye the mohair, that's a sign you should do it! Your business should be fun and catered to what is inspiring you. Almost everyone uses mohair so it's not an ethical issue for most people... don't hold yourself to an unreasonably high standard. Especially if you're inspired to try something new. Just my opinion. Love your work!!

If your mohair is going to be undyed, then surely you are better to dye it with your own natural dyes, than purchasing it commercially dyed. Plus you gain the experience of seeing how your dyes react to it.
Your poppy red (very pretty) is it dyed from poppies that you have grown?

Also, when you take the sourdough loaf out of the fridge to bake it, do you have to bring it to room temperature before putting it in the oven! It looks so good.

Nope, I just flour, score and pop it in my enamel dish- cold start at 240 degrees celsius for 55mins! I don't take off the lid either
