- A new book reveals in detail a conversation between escaped inmate David Sweat and Chelsia Rose Marcius, a reporter for the New York Daily News. Marcius calls the notorious jailbreak "a story with many twists and turns," adding, "It was made for Hollywood." Sweat was an inmate at Clinton Correctional Facility in Dannemora, N.Y., when he, along with fellow inmate Richard Matt, escaped from the prison in June 2015. Sweat sat down with Marcius for more than 100 hours over the course of a year. #InsideEdition
Even though he's captured, David Sweat will always be the breadwinner from that escape. He escaped a prison that was considered impossible to escape and be on the run for days. He has movies, documentaries, and books dedicated to the event. He's a rockstar in prison.
Plus hes a cop killer! Body Count and IceT know the deal.
Plus the other guy got killed.
@@thoroughbred2741 American cops go around killing innocent people all the time. This is an unfortunate case of karma.
U know that How? Did u hear it on the internet? They'll punk him in prison like anybody else FOH
@@joshhendrix4371 no they will love him.
Does it sound like the reporter has
A thing for David
Who doesn't

@SamBett hahahaha your stupid

This woman is not a journalist.. she is a groupie
Journalists don't exist anymore.
She's also gorgeous.
@@diltondoiley6215 every woman is gorgeous while in prison
Spot on Sir I am with you one hundred percent.
They should make a movie about that reporters eyebrows!
randomhalofan292 Oml yess
On what NOT to do!

Yoooooooooo 🤣🤣 🤣
randomhalofan292 😂😂, that's a good one, can't help starring at them things.
I bet they'll make a movie out of her book and his story
TheConorsmithusa a lifetime movie was made about this story.
Cool. I never knew that. I'll have to check that out!
Add a showtime series by Ben Stiller the small hairy jew who forces shmegma down your daughters throat! ACAB!
Girl, THOSE EYEBROWS!
I guess he didnt break a “sweat” escaping.😂🤣🤣🤣😅😅
XastriaX Astria 🤦♀️so cheesy but kinda funny
Cheesy but 😋Funny
Don’t get it ??
Ciara McGowan The murderer name is David Sweat
🌽🌽🌽
They should make a movie about this
mike smith lmao
mike smith lol
They do have a movie, it airs on lifetime
There a new show about this coming on show time
It’s on lifetime
I see Shailene Woodley playing her in movie and Jason Statham playing David Sweat
I always root for escaped convicts, regardless of what they did. It's the human spirit that I'm rooting for. 💪💪
James Smith yeah because you r insensitive to other aspects of the human race , like feelings , morals, family , life itself etc etc , in other words u r pos too
Ya that's great SMH
Of all the human spirit things you could get behind this is the one you root for? So if MLB had a team full of murderers named Satan’s Killers that’d be your team 4 sure. I can just see you now cheering them on with a #1 foam finger all jacked up.
Lol at the normies calling u out. I was also cheering him on.
@@eon17 normies? They'd kill your family in a second and you're supporting them. Lol idiot
Prison break was a very good movie.
You mean series..
Stop being everywhere
I remember the lifetime movie of this
Wait a minute!? When? What is the movie?
rock starblow showtime has an 8 part series comes on every Sunday u can catch up on demand
@@MsLulu200 yup its called escape from dannemora. so far its aired 3 episodes and its really great so far
Shawshank Redemption is quite the same. Just 20 years earlier.
How do so many of you not know that "escapee" is a word? As in the person that escapes from prison is an escapee.
I remember getting a alert on my phone about this
Almost every prison in the US, especially older prisons have under ground maintenance tunnels that run under them, and generally out of the secured area.
"David Sweat" was a *sweat* tryhard
Why is this woman so happy about all this? I mean I know why, but that's tacky.
I think you have to give Sweat credit for the escape, he was the engineer at every turn and it's been said by Paul Dano if he didn't turn to a life of crime he could have been an engineer or something along those lines. He's a high profile inmate for sure and he continues to be moved from prison to prison because of the fear of him doing another escape. That being said he is a murderer of a cop in a brutal fashion and r.i p. To officer Kevin Tarsia and may his family be at peace.
I want a series about this escape.... Sounds very interesting
Teitur haha like prison break
Watch Escape at Dannemora
I’m here because I just watched Escape At Dannemora that’s on Showtime. It’s 8 episodes and it’s directed by Ben Stiller. It was AMAZING
@@dashloves97 7 episodes
I watched one, we stand corrected.
God! Those eyebrows made me experienced temporary impotence.
Ew 🤢
When she talks about if she still has contact with him ... why would she she’s a reporter not his girlfriend 😂
She acts like his girlfriend.
I read this book and it's a really good story. I'm from new York and remember when this happened I'm about 2 hours from danemora and about 45 minutes form 5 points where he is locked up now.
Reminds me of A Way Out Vincent and leo
David Sweat seems like a stand up guy.
Me trying to escape my class but... *fails*
I just ordered your book. I think it's going to be an outstanding read. I have ties to the Adirondacks and because of that very interested in the details. So wooded there very easy to disappear I may add. Thanks for the read.
Whoa! Could those eyebrows go any higher?
That’s 10 minutes away from my grandmas house
Amazing escape . Genius
Shes aweful.. 😂.. Laughingly discussing his fiance and her child and the unit thing.. Wtf
🤣🤣
This is one of the only news stories that is actually interesting! Weird that my name is David...
DvdAndrwCnsiglio no it’s not weird
No it's not weird
Police, open up.
David Andrew Cansiglio
Bm, close enough
That guy was probably sweaty while running
Scary
I bet David was sweating after running away so much
Am I sorry no
It’s like she’s on his side
Why she so happy
Where is Waldo?
Would anyone agree that if Jackie Kennedy had had a child with Aristotle Onassis, she would look like this reporter???
Her eye brow thickness says she's thick all over.
Idk what's more of a threat to society prison escapees or mutant eyebrows like that ... wow
So she had 5 hr long visits with this guy each time? There's no way the story took that long to tell.
🤣🤣🤣👏👏👏 exactly; she was in love too ...
This woman’s eyebrows scared me.
They made a mini series on showtime about this
What actors should play the 2 escapees in a movie about this
Paul Dano and Benecio Del Toro
Jonah Hill and Samuel L Jackson
With Morgan Freeman narrating
And the female cop being Meghan Fox
Leo DiCaprio and John Depp
The amount off people commenting that the word “Escapee” is misspelled is just as disturbing as this story...
Or the comments about her eyebrows. Now that is disturbing.
He’s famous now!
Just like “El Chapo”
The second guy he’s doing life without the possibility of parole
Did anyone else notice that mouse living in her eyebrows !!
Just imagine in a few years they will make a movie or documentary about this crime.
That was near my hometown Massena New York, anyone else from or near there??
Vector Cornwall
Was just thinking about this & boom it pops in my reccomendations...
Plot twist: The reporter is David’s Wife
I had trouble sleeping so I put this one and fell right to sleep. Thanks
I don't remember last time when inside edition made a spelling error
I think sweat would be a lucky man had he not been in prison lol
This is like a Hollywood movie, too good to be true
Great book, I have read it numerous times..
I live in New Hartford Ny and my school went into lock down and lock out as these men escaped, police 👮♀️ came to our school and to this day police still come to our school daily and have a desk facing the entrance to my school
Does she share profits with David Sweat for exploiting him?
I was wondering if he made any money from all this.
damn..
Well Rip to the other guy ...
The reporter looks like Rachel weisz and Kate Middleton had a child.
That was the most scary month of my life there was swat teams knocking on peoples doors consistently I really want to become a New York State police and I understood why they were knocking on my door I know all the police codes of conduct because my dad was a cop.
"It had sex" sorry but I laughed so hard at that
This whole thing is like a mix of prison break season 1 and Shaw shank redemption.
This author.....

That’s really scary 😯
I got nothing out of this....
Everybody seems to have forgotten it was a prison employee that caused it all. Not surprising.
I live in stadish ny 12 minutes danamora it was a wild time.
this shows how long you can go with social engineering.
That's a really scary story 😖

That’s cool...
She should be locked up for those eyebrows!
I just noticed you spelled ‘escapee’ did you noticed?
I love the episode of this
I live right near the prison this is the only cool thing that has ever happened hear
Chelsia Rose Manbrows
I want to read this
I don't know what escape was more interested this one or Ralph "Bucky" Phillips 🤷🏿♀️
at 1.18 in the water lower left side is that the escapee in the water?
The reporter likes him
On the lookout
What’s up with those eyebrows tho
There was NO Lifetime movie @ this. It just happened 3 years ago.
I mean he did killed an officer so I'm glad they found him and put him back in jail. + if he waited more he could've been out faster, but now since he escaped and cops recaptured him he is now never going to leave jail
I live in Dannemora, NY about 30 seconds (in a car) from the Prison. Let's just say that people lock their doors at night around here now.
As you should
What is it like living in a town with a big prison in the middle?
David didn't even kill the officer his friend did. He shot the cop and did run him over but did not kill him. The kill shot came from his friend
It hardly matters.
@@voridori2863 well that isn't murder now is it
@@dannydavideos8106 A death resulting from commission of felony is legally designated murder. That officer was killed after happening upon the men transferring stolen firearms which is a felony. So, well, actually, yes it is murder.
Besides that, anyone who shoots a guy 22 times then runs them over and says they weren't trying to kill the guy is a liar.
@@voridori2863 yes but that would not be first degree murder at all...

I read the tittle and it said escapee instead of escape
They couldn’t have done it without her, and of course what everyone’s wondering about the pipe.
