You have a very good reason to feel like it was only today he ran this UNBELIEVABLE RACE BECAUSE NOBODY SINCE 1987 HAS RUN WHAT ABDI (THE ROCKET) BILE RAN OVER THE LAST 800M 1:45,9 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YOU WILL PROBABLY NEVER SEE ANYONE DO THIS BASICALLY THIS IS ALMOST AS FAST AS THE 1980 MOSCOW 800M 55 FIRST 400m 51 LAST 400M !!!!!!!!!!!!!! IMPOSSIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ABDI BACK IN 1987 ACHIEVED THE IMPOSSIBLE AND LOOK HOW EASY HE MADE IT LOOK!!!!!!!!!!!! NO WAAAAAAAAAY !!!!!!!!! HE IS SUPERMAN HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!

One of the most impressive finish i've seen. Last 800 m in 1.46 and last lap in 51 sec! What a runner he was!

Bile was relaxed ready to strike in the right time. Just like how Mo Farah learned from his mistake in the world championship going too early and underestimating his opponents, getting silver instead of gold.

Abdi bile was a once in a generation kind of athlete. He would have easily broken the world record had his career not been plagued by injuries I feel.

The one and only true Somali hero on long distance.. a true patriot who chose to uplift his people instead of money .

Abdi Bile had one of the easiest strides I've ever seen. I was in the stadium that day.

Bile was last in the early stages, worked his way through the pack in the latter stages, and ran 51 flat for the last 400 meters. He was particularly notable in that his physique was unusually robust for a middle distance runner, at 6'1" and 165#!

Bile was also suffering from back injury and had not trained for so long before running so don't judge athletes are trying their best but some are better than others

Bile was coached by Jama Aden, who hasn't been coaching for the last 6 years due to being caught with drugs in June 2016. Aden was subsequently arrested in Spain after police raided his hotel room and found performance-enhancing substances. The performances of his athletes (Dibaba and Suleiman) deteriorated markedy over the rest of the season. Aden also had close ties with Mo Farah, although denied by Mo, while he was under the coach Salazar. All connected with doping. The sudden emergence of Bile in 87 from not being in the top 20 to suddenly being World No.1 doesn't look convincing at all to me.

Cram , because of injuries and what not - he got worse and worse with age (peaked in 1985)
