When you select the charging current does it apply the same selected current to all 4 bays or you can set each bay to different charging currents at the same time?
Each bay is under its own charge. So when you start the first battery it will flash with what charge you want..you plug in the next it will flash again. But once it's set you can't change it unless you unplug the battery

Yes you will have to check the screen. I usually walk away from the charger so I am not sure if it beeps. But you will need to tap the screen to see bars are full. The screen turns off after about 3-5 minutes
Which one would you prefer more? Lii-M4S or Lii-600? I've got the Lii-600 now but I miss storage mode. So I have to charge or discharge to 3,7/3,8V manually.
I can't give an opinion cause I don't have the lii600 but I am happy with my current M4S it was a bit confusing to use at first but now I like it more than my Nitecore charger
To be honest I do prefer Nitecore products. I haven't had a chance to test the d4 so I can't tell you if it's worth it. I do have a um Nitecore charger and that is very good cause it can start charges on batteries that can't be charge by other chargers. But it doesn't cost that much more compared to Litos brand so if you can afford it I would go with Nitecore

How long does the test take to find out the actual mAH of yhe battery? I have the same charger and I'm trying to test my 18650 and cr123a batteries.
Honestly I don't know I never used it for such a purpose I guess it should take hours for the 18650 not so sure about the cr though
it sometimes take 5 hours or more for 18650
Can M4S charge 4 AA NiMH batteries at 300 mA ?? I really want to charge my batteries at 1/10 C.
Yes you can charge at either 300mah or 500mah with 4 as nimh at the same time

The charger will be on but the battery will not be charging anymore it automatically stops charging at full
