I’m having major glute/hip issues, particularly when walking with serious tightness soon after starting walking. Working with some of the things you mentioned and did the lacrosse ball and it did make the straight leg/clam shells more free. I have decades of paraspinsal/QL pain. Your explanation makes sense and worked. Will try this , Thanks
My glutes have been deactivated for years. Smashing them with a ball brought some life back to them. And I'll be working on the mid to lower spine to try and free that up and allow the nerves to do their jobs unimpeded. Thanks as always for the great video Grant
I had knee surgery when I was 19yrs old (I was stupid and didn't know any better). The result was abysmal, it felt like a whole body shock. Hamstrings and glutes froze and now I have hip and back problems too.
I had a back operation l4 diseconomy 16 years ago and suffering this. I’m a runner and had piraformis issue last year that’s caused imbalance but it’s taking ages. My hips pinch and lower back gets so tight doing anything. Feeling so sad. Please helpb

What's your views on using the ql claw
Not sure I’m too familiar with it, but the tool doesn’t matter as long as it feels respectful and obviously helpful!
