I hope you know this isn't hate: but have you had your thyroid checked? I was really out of breath when my thyroid levels were off. It was caused by my hormones and birth control. Being out of breath definitely isn't normal!

You should get freshly grated parmesan. The "powder" or whatever artificial ones they have on the shelves are GROSS- that's not real cheese. get freshly grated from Whole Foods or an Italian grocery store OR just buy a block of parmesan and grate it yourself
