Just to let you know, you are helping me A LOT! Somehow I always end up watching your videos on how to make something and it is helping me in school, so I appreciate the help! I just started learning Maya recently and one day I hope to become a character designer and concept artist for Blizzard Ent. You are assisting in my learning process! Thank you!
I got to get on my school work, sorry I'm probably not being very patient though. If you have any good tips I would love to hear them, but I can't watching you move vertices isn't really what I'm looking for. I remember you made a pillow and to create the shape you used air pressure which I had never seen before.
Love your videos, Mike. They are a lot of help for newbies like me. If possible, would you teach us how to model doors? Or maybe a carpet? Never managed make a carpet look right.
Mike Hermes I see them. For some reason they didn't show in youtube, but they do in google account. Weird. Once again, thanks. A question though: How do you handle rust, decay and dirt? For example, lets say I modeled a knife, but I want to make it look like it has seen quite a bit of use, like dents, chips and rust.
I can finish my homework because of your great tutorial !!Thank you !
+hirooo12 You are very welcome !
Too good! Thanks
