Gen-2 is one of the AI tools provided by RunwayML that offers text to video and image to video services for generating any 3D animated video. Without requiring software expertise in programs like 3D Studio Max, Maya or Cinema 4D or Blender, and without needing powerful hardware, you can create animations in the styles of Pixar or Disney with Gen-2. Gen-2 was recently updated and provides intelligent features such as Camera Motion for controlling camera movement and Motion Brush tool for animating specific parts of images. Gen-2 allows you to easily design animations without extensive technical skills or expensive equipment. The latest version of Gen-2 enhances creative flexibility with intelligent tools to control virtual cameras and selectively apply motions to optimize animated storytelling.
By the end of this tutorial, you will have a complete familiarity with Gen-2 from RunwayML. You will be able to easily create Pixar and Disney-style 3D animated videos using Gen-2. I attempted to create videos from images, but the outcome showed a distorted hand moving outside of the body, and at times, the color and texture of the animated character changed unexpectedly. I've tried reducing the number of motions to just one, yet the results are still not satisfactory. Is there a way to address these issues? The key is to provide the AI with as much helpful context as possible. Focus on both quality and size in your reference images. Additionally, describe your ideas in detail in the prompt text so that the AI can better understand your needs. With some testing and effort, you are sure to achieve good results.😊

Hey , need some help with runway basic.. i was creating a disposable cup flying video but the texture of the cup changes as the cup move ...any solution?
By including a lot of details in the prompt, you can help the AI understand the cup properly so it doesn't change it. And with lots of testing and tweaking, you can generate what you need using it. The key is providing clear guidance so the AI doesn't modify things unintentionally.

Currently, maintaining consistent characters is a concern for those generating videos with AI. The "Seed" option was introduced to address this challenge, but unfortunately, it doesn't work properly in most AIs. However, stay tuned for my upcoming tutorials where I'll cover this issue with a great solution.

So you can make a 20 min animation with 6 different scenes that are all based on my own art? And will each scene be Consistent? I have yet to see that with AI
Based on my experience, it is better to first use AI (Text to image) to generate the scenes and frames using the seed system to make them consistent. Then in the next step, use the Image to video system to convert the generated images into a video. To solve the problem of short video durations, just take a screenshot of the last frame of each video and convert that screenshot back into a video. This way you can make the length of each scene's video longer and more extended.
Which AI are you using for voice?
I use a combination of AI and human voice along with a large number of filters in Premiere Pro to create this voice.
It's very difficult to do this now.new update came.I want to wave the character's hair for example.it doesn't work.whatever is in the picture moves.is there a solution for this?
You can brush the character's hair and mask it. Additionally, in the Description section you can add a prompt like "hair movement" so the AI has a better understanding of your need.

I do all of my work on a PC and I don't have any ideas for using a smartphone/cell phone/mobile device.
How to make the character speaks to match the script we desired?
It is better to use specialized AI assistants that are designed for avatar building for harmonized speaking with the character. But in the Runway AI, you can mask the mouth using Motion Brush and also use words like (talking, conversation, discussion, etc.) in the prompt text, so that the artificial intelligence focuses its attention on animating the mouth.

Mamnon ! Runway is one of the best, but there are other options as well such as Moonvalley, Pika, and Plaiday that have a lot of capabilities too. Each AI has its strengths so it depends on what features are most important for your needs.
