What about this Sahee Hadith? Ibn Maajah (4245) narrated from Thawbaan (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: “I certainly know people of my ummah who will come on the Day of Resurrection with good deeds like the mountains of Tihaamah, but Allaah will make them like scattered dust.” Thawbaan said: O Messenger of Allaah, describe them to us and tell us more, so that we will not become of them unknowingly. He said: “They are your brothers and from your race, worshipping at night as you do, but they will be people who, when they are alone, transgress the sacred limits of Allaah.”
Okay, so whats the question? The good and bad deeds will be weighed. You can do a mountain load of good deeds, but u can also do a mountain load of sin. It's not just about the amount of good deeds, it's also about the amount of sins you need to abstain from. And disbelief nullifies all good deeds if one dies in such a state without repenting. So, the hadith either refers to someone that has done loads of sins, and therefore making his good-bad deeds ratio seem like dust, and/OR the person violated in the disbelief sense, and therefore had his deeds nullified. Either way, both are problematic.

Waleikum assalaam. I believe that this is haram as you are attempting to change your physique. Please read the quote: Verse (4:119) - Surat L-nisaa. "And I will mislead them, and I will arouse in them [sinful] desires, and I will command them so they will slit the ears of cattle, and I will command them so they will change the creation of Allah." And whoever takes Satan as an ally instead of Allah has certainly sustained a clear loss." This also applies to doing plastic surgery on your face to beautify yourself. My personal thoughts: Dude I'm short as well. However, one must be contempt with the way Allah swt has created you. We're too focused on Social Media and it's giving us nothing but false hope and dreams. If you want inner peace, you should definitely start reading the quran, it will guide you.
increasing height with surgery or otherwise abnormally will never givin you benefits that you can really get. its different with havin disablity doesn't have hand, leg, or sight, etc. i think, when u already get enough body that able to make u life n pray. u don't need to change it. even u r rich man. as we know, human desires always feel lacking not impossible that if, after we succesfully carry out those operation, we will plan to have plastic surgery too. be thankful that Allah Subhanahuwata'ala already create us (me too) in good shape (best for me, i believe that i'm handsome, masculine, n ideal enough to be called as a man, even there r lookin me in the opposite) from my perspectv. u dont need to do that surgery. what we need is find good people n good environment for our good deeds in our good life

The person who got raped will not be punished by Allah SWT as the term rape in itself means one person was being coerced into sex by the offender. The rapist will surely be punish as he or she has done abuse someone in a haram way.

i believe the explanation i got from people of knowledge was that he did good deeds with intention of looks but in secret he would sin
