How did you get the Tail Docking so perfect, all with the same size ? Did you take them to a vet ? I've tried with castration rubber bands, but i did not managed to get all with the same size.

Gordon McCoy It may seem criminal to dock their tails but this procedure is done at a veterinary office within a couple days right after birth. Their little bottoms are given local anesthesia, the docking is done and sutured up. JRTs do not actually need their tails for balance as they are extremely athletic and are able to quick start getting where they need/want to go, most often leaping into a run, feet not touching the ground and putting on their little brakes last minute. Only owners who choose to use the Jack for hunting will keep the original tail length.

Tail Docking on a Jack Russell? I've never heard of such a thing.
It's very common. I have rarely seen a Jack Russell terrier without a docked tail.
Decetop some do and some don't.
