It’s so risky especially if your ethnic and wanna preserve your looks while slightly refining your nose I mean you just never know what ur gonna come out with
You’re the reason why I got my nose job 2 years ago! I remember watching your videos for moral support and during recovery! Personally I have zero regrets. Yes, there are some cons but overall I love the way it looks and definitely changed my look for the better.
Thank you for updating your experience all these years later. This journey is ever-changing and most people only share their initial change. It’s really cool you’ve been so transparent with us along the way.
i got one, it was supoosed to be only a septoplasty and shave a bump, but she changed my entire nose! i’ve been on therapy since then… I dont go out anymore, I don’t feel happy anymore, I look like a parrot, my face is round, and my nose is very thin… Today I don’t see an end to this trauma 😭
Noemi the end to your trauma begins with a decision. You have to decide that you, meaning the person behind the pair of eyes that’s reading this comment, deserves a great life DESPITE the perceived limitations of your physical form. You are more than this human body. So you need to surround yourself with people and things that remind you of that everyday. Sending you love and positivity from Chicago❣️
I am SO SO SORRY to hear that. You are a gorgeous person I am sure of it, but what this nose job taught me is that my nose will never be perfect. Im happy to hear you’re in therapy. Keep. Going!!!! Today you don’t see an end but there is always tomorrow. Please don’t give up! 💘 If you do get a revision I just urge to know that the outcome will never be perfect. You WILL get your confidence back but it might take some hard work. I’m sorry you had to go through a negative experience but there will be light at the end of the tunnel even if you don’t see it right now.
Having the same insecurities or new ones - so true. I will say I'm so much more confident now and i love it. But then i got lip filler and started to notice the little under eye wrinkles, my skin, assymmetries. Basically people who get nose jobs are very likely to over focus on appearances in general and that's likely to increase after the nose job.
I was going to go to him, I live in LA, but I’d rather go to turkey and pay 1/3rd of that, and get better results… or at least similar. I like his work actually, but it’s cheaper to go to turkey, even with hotel and flight… moreso like $10-12k for the same result or better.
Atiya your'e gonna be more nit-picky on yourself but your nose looks great, although I'll admit I never thought anything was wrong with it before. You're a beautiful woman. I think you're giving some good and sound advice as someone whose actually been through it. 💕

Yay Atiya! So glad you made this update as well as your other vids on your rhinoplasty. I'm also getting my nose done with Dr. Yoo and it's so helpful to know what others have gone through (have purchased your suggested rhino survival kit with your links :D). I totally agree - you look beautiful before and after! Thanks for giving us a level headed perspective!
To all the comments that say: "her body her choice", SURE but at what point can you say it’s really a choice when there’s mounting pressure to look a certain way, racism, eugenics etc. The egg or the chicken, you can make the argument that every choice is a product of our environment. Food for thoughts, I think we normalized getting this kind of procedures and instead of embracing all kinds of features, we implicitly and explicitly repeat the message that certain faces/ skin tones etc. are more beautiful. So yeah I find it depressing that this gorgeous woman went through this pretty unnecessary life changing procedure, just so her nose looked a bit smaller on camera.
Thank you for your update after a couple of years out. Glad to hear all the information you shared. Yes, I definitely see I do look different after the surgery and still trying to get used to it. You look beautiful 🤗
I actually thought that when her nose had completely healed, the tip would've gone down some more. But to me it actually still looks kind of over-projected. Especially from her side profile the projection looks exaggerated giving the impression of needing a chin implant to match the angle of the nose. Apart from my critique, it's a perfectly well done nose. Dr. Yoo is probably one of the greatest surgeons in America. One of the nostrils that was narrowed doesn't even show evidence of being narrowed which makes it look more natural. Overall, a very good result. I wouldn't add or change anything more with it. The nose makes her more model worthy and enhances her beauty and she probably knows that. 👍👌😀
Thank you for sharing 🙏 uhm girl i can't see the difference between your profiles it looks the same. There is balance in your face and it looks natural. A girl i know did the same operation but her nose became some what crooked afterwards 😅 like you could see it. Yours is not luckily.
I had a nose job 3 years ago and I 100% feel all this now. Sucks I can’t ever hug my bf either without being scared to hit it because it’s hard and I’m scared to hurt it. No one ever talks about what comes with a nose job. I wish I would of loved myself with my bump :/
Do you like how your nose is though, and are you still able to breathe and function well enough? I’m a male and thinking about getting about Rhinoplasty, and if that’s the most I’d experience I wouldn’t mind as long as I think I look good and am able to hug and move and function.
I was young, dumb and insecure. I dated someone (a black person) who constantly told me how much more beautiful I’d be with a projected tip. A shame but I listened
I want my nose job but I don’t want them to change the alar base. Maybe just the tip and the bridge. I refuse to have my nostrils shrink for some reason
