Great demo!, only had my Beads a short while and used it briefly on my most recent "Generative" YT video, but otherwise I haven't had the time yet to fully explore it; it is quite a deep and hugely versatile module, capable of some stunning textures plus the wave table mode voices (which can also be overlaid with the granular) sound truly excellent as well, so not only a sound processor it's a standalone voice in its own rights, a very different beast to Clouds, stay safe :)
Thanks. That's true - it is a very versatile module. Own it since one day - there is so much more to explore there. I like the wavetable feature as well - but have many other modules (disting ex, assimilator, ER-301)which can handle wave tables as well... So Beads will be mainly a granular sound processor to me. take care:)
great demo. thanks . I've been focusing on NOT buying modules an Iwas over buying Beads until your demo. Lol. I innocently stumbled into a trap. I don't "need one, but I sure could use one. :)
Really nice demo of what Beads can do! Are you gating the seed input or clocking it to anything? Some of the examples have a nice 'pre-delay' thing going on ...

Yes, sorry for that... But you can see all the knob positions and if the seed led is blinking I'm sending a clock to the module.

Very good video! How does the arpreggio come in in the second example, did you patch the seed and pitch?
Thanks! The arpeggio is created by the feedback of the grains pitched by one octave. Only the clock is patched.

Thanks. In the examples, where you can see the seed light blinking, the seed is triggered/clocked (the clock is synced to the played sequence)

I've never used the seed input. To be honest, I dont understand it yet :D
