    I think we should look more towards the site owner who was developing building Complex it is obvious he had illegal immigrant employees working on the site, and quite a few had been immediately removed as it would have been known to site manager who would have informed the higher authorities and police may have played a role in the case . The fact that the owner of the properties would be held responsible for safety and illegal immigrants been employed . It would be a big lawsuit case on them . The owners should be prosecuted. I think the clue lies in their .

    They keep going back to a construction worker!! So, why didn't they take pictures of all those construction workers years back as Jennifer expressed that they made her nervous!!!
    Either way, this should have been the start of the investigation!!! RIP Beautiful girl...I am so sorry that this had to happen to you!!!

    Contrary to what her mother said, Jennifer never made it out of the complex. She was abducted inside immediately after she locked her door. Her back was turned. She was grabbed from behind and hauled into the condo facing hers, which was still empty at the time but used by undocumented construction workers. Her car was driven away as a decoy by either the kidnapper(s) or by someone paid to do so, also a worker, who drove it to a parking lot, within walking distance, then walked back. He is seen on camera. The undocumented workers knew the security cameras at the complex weren't functioning yet. Jennifer's body would have likely been disposed off later that day by one of the construction company trucks. The condo complex wasn't immediately shut down and secured by the police.

      How would you define the term, speculation?

    • @independentimports3328
      @independentimports3328 9 หลายเดือนก่อน +13

      I agree with the scenario you put forth and i have always said that it is far more likely it happened in this way than the idea that she was abducted by her car. I have some issues with the misinformation presented on this show. For instance the blonde woman states that only 3-4 people where living in the complex at the time, when in fact there were well over a hundred people living there. I know this because i lived at the same complex at that time. Also the picture shown of the condo complex under construction was not even Jen's condo complex but one that was being constructed in an adjacent separate property. The buildings had been completed years ago and were all for rent and not for purchase. Orlando was in the midst of a housing boom(at this time) and developers were buying up apartment complexes and flipping them into condos. Which is exactly what happened with the Mosaic condo complex. The construction work was limited to exterior paint work and interior remodeling. Since many of the condo units were fully functional the construction workers actually lived in the empty units. It of course is speculation but it is logical that she would have been abducted just as she exited her place and then taken into a vacant unit in the same building. Why would an attacker(s) risk being scene abducting someone in broad daylight on a workday morning, in a parking lot when many residents would have been leaving for work at the same time.

      The Kesses were told that the batteries were destroyed/removed on 1/23 Monday evening between 10:40 pm.-10:50 p.m. Since then, law enforcement has backed off the 10:40 p.m. timeframe. The phones pinged ‘all over the place’ in the ping study per a professional at Verizon. The study was so unreliable, it’s ‘garbage’. There is no evidence that’s reliable that proves when the cellphones were disabled/powered down/etc.

      There was a housekeeper and I believe one other person who told police he looked like a man named Chino who worked at Jennifer's condo at the time. Turned out he had a sexual assault record. Problem was he is supposedly 5'9" and law enforcement determined he's between 5'3" and 5'5".

    The last story of the popcorn could have happened to me. I had a piece that was stuck on the roof of my mouth. It was jammed into the tissue and I couldn’t get it out for a couple days. I have a very small, high and narrow palette that I can’t even fit my finger in. I had to have my dentist take it out. It likely would have become infected too but my mom took me to the dentist and he said too that it could have caused a lot of problems.
    One thing I didn’t do was stick a bunch of random household items in my mouth. I only tried to use a toothpick or my toothbrush. Using a nail sounds like the worst idea ever for lots of reasons. Just go to the dentist, that’s your best and safest option.
