Wow! Just found this! Bernie wearing the headdress I made him is a huge honor and now I have video of him wearing it on stage. Thank you so much for posting this!!!
Good job. The mask looks bit similar to the one Mani wears in Elektrlurch (ca. 1973 release) when live on stage. Check that without prejudice. A cross check reveals also extreme similarity of the bass lines, the E. and the Red Hot Mama (c. 1974 release).
I don’t know how you can can do A Super Minded man with a gift that you can only get from The Creator of all things that was ever made , and don’t give , the gifted man his proper talent and worth what it just and do to him,it’s Wickedness pure Evil I’m just finding out how bad it was for him till today I’m hurt.
I saw the Woo Warriors 5/5/2000 the 2nd weekend I moved to Colorado @ the Fox Theatre in Boulder.Wasnt 21 yet had to watch from the mezzanine. Burning Down The House -
RIP Bernie I was lucky to see the man play with Les Claypool and Buckethead in Chicago. Ill never forget that 5 minute solo that started that show. He played the Andy Griffith theme. It was magical. You were the Best!
wow this is great I gotta watch more live performances of p funk I wish I could see them live.. I remember in high school in early 2000s some people I knew went to some of their shows and were always talking about how great it was but back then I wasn't really into funk type music so I basically missed out lol. And who is the lady with the big hat? She is so fucking badass and groovy.
@@needtashow please, would you help me to understand who's on bass? I don't understand if Skeet Curtis or the other names that other people are writing.
@@pongufogu9457 The only bassist I saw onstage is a woman they call Lady Bass. Unfortunately I don't know her given name but she is an incredible player.
@@needtashow I know the name - thanks to mr Gfunk Gabe Gonzalez; she is Donna McPherson. However, surprisingly there are not info about her anywhere on the net.
