If anyone’s interested it either came from, or the best example is in Hallelujah, it goes “the fourth the fifth, a minor fall and a major lift” while playing the fourth then fifth note, the chord shifts down to a minor, then up to a major chord :) (In the chords, not the melody. when it says minor fall, the chord goes down, even though the melody doesn’t)

Like, they say "down" but the notes go up? (as in You'll Be Back from Hamilton, when they say "oceans rise, empires fall") The closest I could find was in 3:30, with "I've fallen" going up

When I saw that UP was the next word I went “well, Starship is gonna be a ride”
What I learned from this is AVPM has a lot of downs and Starship has a lot of ups
