Hi i have 7kg LG automatic washing machine, when I press TUB cleaning, after 30mins, it stopped working (idle) then it switched off. Is it broken? This happened twice already, because from first try, I thought I accidentally pressed the Pause button, so I restarted it and press the Tub cleaning program again. So now I can't do Tub Cleaning and it has black (leaves-like) or mould particles floating on water inside my machine. Pls help

I put fabric conditioner but my clothes didn't smell as it has fabric. What's wrong? What should I do?
How did you pour the softener? There is no place you to pour the softener as it only allows you to pour the detergent.
I hv LG top load auto model T2107VSA. Aftr few runs, the machine started making a short noise like gears clashing at end of every spin, abt 10 secs before the drum stops. Duration of this noise varies between abt 0 - 10 secs, may be depending on load or speed. Agents said this noise is frm the clutch & is harmless but I am worried. Pls comment. Thanks
Front loader or top loader?
On the LG washer check your washer to see if you have a Hose Clamp or Glue on the inbound side of the discharge pump. If so, that is not a factory connection. There is not supposed to be any Glue or Hose Clamps on anything according to LG. Squeeze clamps only. Most of the LG washers had to be reconditioned, then sold as new. The hose is 2 inches too short and the travel of the tank, to offset a lopsided load, will one day rip that hose off. I repaced 12" of drywall in my whole washroom. Contact the FTC.
How is the fabric softener released or applied? I always put a full cap but I really don't see it when it gets applied

previous semi automatic it used to wash once and rinse twice..we bought this model.but it is washing once and rinsing also once..my concern is wont the detergent get thoroughly rinsed for only once ?
The detergent will be removed during the rinse cycle, but you can increase the rinse cycle up to 4 on this washing machine. Save Water.

What do I do, during washing process nothing happens, no spinning nothing. Only rinse mode works when removing water out of the drain pipe.

Baby clothes have extra soiling I am guessing. Have you tried using the soak option first before starting the wash spin? May help.
It doesn't work for soiled clothes, my kids clothes remain dirty too.

I have a small laundry business. Currently I'm using manual 2 tubes (separate wash and spin tubes) top loading machines and automatic front loading machines. Since some of my customers have really dirty laundry, I still need those manual machines since they are more effective to clean and have more capacity than automatic front loading machines (and the price per capacity is more economical too).
On the other side, manual machines need more man power to fill water, rinse, move the laundry to spin tube etc, while I don't want to add more employee because it would reduce my profit which is not so much now.
I think I could use automatic top loading washing machines to solve my problem.
But there is a question about it : how effective is automatic top loading washing machine compared to 2 tubes top loading manual washing machine?
Btw here in Indonesia, a lot of small laundry business charge their customer based on weight +/- 0.48 USD per kg of dirty laundry weight (usually for customers daily cloths) while we also charge the laundry per item for such bed covers, suites, gowns, shirts, bags etc.
As per your requirement you should go for Front Load Washing Machines - amzn.to/2qHvfH1 ,It's more effective than top load machines for laundry.

How to calibrate this before using for first time?.
1.Install the washer on flat and firm surface
2.Fill the water just touching the Pulsator and see uniform distribution. If not, adjust the legs
3.Press the corners of the machine diagonally, if any movement is observed,
adjust the legs for proper leveling.

It has 3 step wash program. I have shown their 1 step (rubbing) out of 3, so don't worry it is not a weak washing cycle. That type of rotation is for short time.

Low medium high level spin & air dry these are settings for drying clothes. As level increases time for drying increases. Minimum time with low speed for low level spin is 9 minutes.
The Top Things What minimum 9 minutes wont that harm clothes?. Our old Lg washing machine (semi automatic) has drying tub timing max 5 mins. Seems fully wont let us control any feature and may spoil clothes?
It does not harm the clothes or spoil cloth. Minimum total time for a spin cycle is 9 min. but it only rotates for 6 minutes & 3 min. is for removing water before rotation. Speed is also low for this cycle. For high-level speed is highest.

My detergent compartment drains into the clothes as soon as I pour a liquid or powder detergent in it. Also the water stops flowing once I open the door . Please help

I will not recommend it, but you can manually pour water only when adding clothes in the machine. After that, during wash, rinse, the spin cycle you cannot add water manually. HOw does this washer even keep water in when the drain hose isnt raised? PS cleaning once a month is sufficient, this is over kill
