They must have improved dramatically then as I had a dent smaller than the one in the front door there that wasn't on a body line and none would touch it.
nice do up mate, although i would suggest you give the fabric seats a good wet carpet clean (rug doctor etc). You'd be disgusted with the dirty water that comes out of it!
I test drove one of these new but ended up getting the related Skoda Rapid instead, same platform but a bit bigger and with the 90kw version of the 1.4 turbo. Sold it when I left NZ. I still miss it.
K/L. Well done on a full deco' mate ! ! Quite fond of the old "Repo" product on car polishing front, especially their cool "scratch remover" which comes in tube. Next could a Audi TTRS for the missus give her fuel economy of a Four banger, with the power of a Six cylinder ? ? V.
We have these at work, but all with manuals. Given its very narrow powerband (2500-5000) you're gearhunting all the time if you have no AT, but in the powerband its zippy enough indeed. Good thing you got the automatic lol. Really wished they'd get automatics in the future at work though. Can never wait to get back into my Civic because of the manual.
That undertray damage was probably from me going full send over a speed hump 😅
7:08 nah her cornering is wild how cool
Love seeing your channel grow bro, I am so glad I was here from almost the beginning haha. Can’t wait to see how far you will grow. 🎉🎉
_Best thing about an ex-rental is no cobwebs 🕸️💨 in the exhaust system and no stress 🥴 in carparks 👍🏼_
I reckon a good PDR guy could have removed the dents in both doors. You’d be amazed at the magic some of them can work on dents

💯 this will transform the interior
Concur, they’re a great investment especially considering the quantity of cars you’re cleaning
Needs a tune, I think. 😂😂
That would be interesting to see what power it picks up!
@@KiwiCarLife Think they go up to 130HP/250nm stage1, if its healthy
Haha that is awesome!, perfect car for zipping around without breaking the bank!
Brilliant mate!
you should include total costs at the end and also profits for the other cars you flip in the future!

I've driven one good little car but definitely benefit from a tune

Would you ever consider detailing cars as a side gig?
Did i get it right, you guys are gonna sell the z4?
175nm of torque is pretty good for a small car, good buy. Vw's have very good refinement.
Yeah man I was impressed! Goes well with
Well done sir
Thanks man!
Giday Giday 😊
Only 2500 owners 😂.
Nah good Job , Just needs a nice set of wheels to finish it off .
Just started to watch it, BUT wow for a 2020 she looks a little rough dammmmm
Yeah man was hammered aye!
uploaded 24 seconds ago , hahaha
You’re onto it!
But are vw reliable?
It's new enough. Just needs new oil quite often & a port clean every so often.
gotta service them regularly! then... in my experience (owner of an 09 golf 2.0 TSI wagon - basically a GTI - Jap import), yes. reliable.
This one is new enough where I wouldn’t expect it to have many issues. Just regular maintenance
Don't forget to give it the Turin tune up.
