Fun fact, an Item in Chapter 2 is basically the Ring of Thorns from Dark Souls 2, with the Counter ability swapped for a Trance ability.
Further implication is through the currently unobtainable weapon, the "Twisted Sword", of which it's reference should be obvious, which requires the Thorn ring, and an item called the Pure Crystal.
...This means this Video predicted future Dark Souls homages in Deltarune.

This battle was made before Chapter 2 was released, that's why the character's stats are Chapter 1-based, and Ralsei's hood is on.

The transitions from Bow to Spear are stupidly smooth, they just look and seem so amazing!

@@zas_is_a_gamer1023 Nah, probably Ornstein. His armour turns gold in the second phase and he uses electric attacks, whereas DS2's Old Dragonslayer uses dark attacks. Plus, iirc the Ornstein's armor set is grey in DS1 and DS3.

I think it would make a lot of sense for the knight to be Asriel, or at least a character that looks very similar to him. Because Ralsei is the character Asriel pretended to be when Kris and him would play together. This Asriel, though, could represent the older Asriel, not being able to play with Kris anymore, and, effectively, destroying the imaginary world they played in, which is exactly what the Knight would be trying to do, destroy the Light world.

Gaster might be the knight, The first person you talk to in chapter 1 of DELTARUNE
Is Gaster, he’s th3 only person who would use the word *Interesting.*
This leads us back to Entry 17 that if Gaster is the Knight what about in Undertale?
Because there’s 2 Gasters.
The Man needs help to keep DELTARUNE on track while he Himself keeps undertale Balance, and he needs someone smart as him.
And that someone is Him
The other Gaster is the knight, and the Original Gaster is in Undertale.
But the Gaster would still need help if as the Knight the fountain is not always a easy thing to created, That’s why the other Gaster would go undercover

And Gaster is…Seam.

They look the same, and Seam also wants this Crystal as when you beat Jevil + Spamton. Gaster needs that Crystal to finish his entire Project.
The Gasters needs Kris’s Soul to recreated *Determination*
Witch is also why Kris is ALSO not the Knight, they are not creating a fountain. They are opening one.
And that is the Theory of 2 Mystery Man roaming around in the dark
Also quick fun fact: Toby mention that he wanted the antagonist to stand behind a white door looking down at the lightners as they walk up the stairs
And who has a white door in the middle of a room? Mystery Guy.

You can tell they put alot of work into this the soul movements look like someone is actually playing and it'd be hard to tell that its an animation unlike other animations like the castle trio.

Toby officially confirmed that kris is not the knight. In deltarune's cut main theme, toby said that everyone walks up stairs and the knight looks at them. How can kris both climb stairs and look at themselves and their friends at the exact same freaking time, place and event!!!

To be fair the "Knight's Sword" is just Light World Kris' knife, and their Dark World version is a knight

if the attacks are yellow, they're charged with electricity. Maybe on a harder mode, instead of giving tp when it reaches near the heart, it causes damage, or drains tp instead (or drains health if tp is fully drained).
Since the attack is near enough to cause electricity to do something.
