Most of these list videos just talk about the touristy places. But the fact that you started with Canlis shows this is legit. Still one of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to.
We must have different ideas of touristy. Pike place and the space needle are touristy. I would say the majority of tourists that come to Seattle do not go to Canlis. While some may go there, I think it is a mistake to call it touristy.
