Steve's voice is the same as it's always been. He just talks a lot more in 8 than he used to. Instead of all the grunts, he'll now throw in some words for attacks.
Competitive T8 is so boring to watch with everyone picking same OP dull characters like Azucena, Dragunov, Xiaoyu and King although King isn't that OP, just has some cheap moves.
I hate the wall inconsistency in this game, it reminds me of t4. Otherwise it's super fun! Just sucks to get robbed of a W because of something you can't anticipate hidden in code somewhere, nothing to quit playing over or anything
Stats show he has a low pick rate high win rate even at higher levels. Back then people chose him to tier-whore and right now drag is the more sensible pick between the two. If drag gets nerfed or bumped down in effectiveness I wouldn’t be surprised if feng goes back to being more popular.

I watched 3 of the matchups I wanted to see and casters literally spent 50% of the time talking about the customs and 49% rambling about some random shit unrelated to the actual match. Also one guy was clearly trying to reel the conversations back to the match but another guy keeps talking over him to derail the conversation back to random bullshit lmao

They should simply either increase Ling’s hitboxes or reduce her damage per hit and combo carry… she needs a body nerf immediately! The ability to low parry from Art of Phoenix is a little too much as well..
She can't parry out of AOP... You would have to cancel AOP with RDS (db 3+4) then D 2+4.. do u know how hard and rare it is to even catch someone with that?..(within those 2 button executions you have hella amount of time to do something simple like a hop kick.. even before the cancel AOP to RDS. Plus RDS is her back stance so(so if u wait for her to go back stance) a simple df 1 will jail her at back turn).. truthfully If u get caught with that it means your not being patient Which is what Xiao users will take advantage of..
