Dvorsky needs to be in the top 6. If he can’t do that here, it’s the right move. Let him dominate in the ahl and come up late season. I really hate to see a scoring prospect toil away with scrubs for 11 minutes a night.
why top 6? explain Those scrubs are much more talented than the players he will be playing with in the AHL.
@@davewebb261 not relative to the competition. But the main thing is the minutes and the role. In the 3rd or 4th line he has to play a defense first role. That is not who he is. And it’s very hard to score playing limited minutes in that role. He needs to work on the game he will play in the nhl. That’s 17+ minutes in a scoring role and power play time. Putting him with Faksa on the grind line for 9 minutes helps neither him or the team.
Yes, they did. For most of the pre-season he looked like a kid playing with Men. He needs to strengthen his upper body. He gets pushed off the puck too much. He himself even said he wasn't ready.
Dvorsky should have made the team he needs to work on scoring he has his if he can score goals there he has his moments
