The burger bun deception of branding when he actually pulled those buns out of a bag... first thing I didn't care for. The branding gives a perception that those buns are made "in-house", but in actuality all they do is baste and brand...tricky.
Of course that isn't a "deal breaker" for me...those pork burgers were perfectly made.
I love how he sous vide the chops for a perfect cook...this way once he deep fried the coating there was no possible way of having an undercooked/raw piece of pork. Ingenious and perfectly done.
His cheese sauce from a simple béchamel was done great. (I may have used a different cheese, but no complaints).
I can tell the years of skill and I was delighted to see such skill on full display. Grazie infinite e buona mangiata!!!!👊🏼😋
