Wasim was more talented but waqar was lethal, lethal. From 1990 to 1996/97 he was unstoppable. Back injuries, over weight robbed a yard of pace from him and he was relying on experience and did pretty decently somebody just check his records till 1997. 7 years he breathed out fire.
I think some better wickets taken by Waqar were missed: 1)Garry Kirsten in Nelson Mandela cup 1994 2)Tendulkar in Hyderabad Pakistan 1997 3)Sanath Jayasuriya in Sharjah 2002 4)Gus Logie in Lahore odi 1990 5)Brayan Young in Auckland 1994 6)Dean Jones in B&H 1992-93 7)Creg Blewet Sydney test 1995
Top gun. I used to watch him live on BBC in the early 90's. Run up, bowling action and the reverse swing terrified the best of batsmen. I think he is living in Australia at the moment. The BBC had some great cameraman who used to zoom into his action just before he released the ball, beautiful sight!
Secret of him being unplayable was that he was a 100m sprinter in his childhood, he used to run fast and smooth and the only bowler in the world who will bowl with the same running speed.....
Those were the good old days when Pepsi cola use to nourish the players during drinks break and then magically helped Waqar Younis and Wasim Akram bowl these unbelievable reverse swinging Yorkers😂😢😂
He is my role model

@@khurramiqbal6445 dear this video is about clean bowled dismissals .🙂

Great Sir Waqar Younis 02:59
❤️
That Lara delivery was such a brute! New ball as well so conventional swing not reverse!
# 1 should have been Lara dismissal
Waqar was modern shape of Dennis Lille , fast furious and accurate. ❤
Secret of him being unplayable was that he was a 100m sprinter in his childhood, he used to run fast and smooth and the only bowler in the world who will bowl with the same running speed.....
ALL TIME BEST
He was the best bowler on that time
The Swing King

Todays bowler cant even deflect stumps and he used to blow stumps like match sticks

More like a guided nuke. The batsman stood no chance. Late reverse swing at pace. Deadly is an understatement.
2:58 😮
❤️
This is called Banana swing
Imagine howmany wickets Wasim & Waqur could have taken, if pakistan fielding was as good as South Africa or Australia those times.

❤️
He could certainly move the ball off the seam well at pace
❤️
his yorkers used to be killers

No.8 is original waqar
poor collection and Lara one should be at #1 even in this collection and all of his deliveries, nevertheless great yorkers by Waqar!
Worst bowler I ever seen.
He is an average bowler who is overhype due to his partnership with wasim akram
hahahahaha
Your sense of humor is too weak kindly contact with Pchytrist 😅😂
At his best he was better than Wasim. But there may be no dearth of good shrinks in your town. Go and consult one.
Lol
Shame on your poor cricket knowledge
