I recently replaced my drive belt on my 2012 vision 110 just because of its age , whilst I had the variator off I replaced it with a Polini high speed one specifically for the scooter . The results are that it does have a few more mph top speed but the acceleration is a lot better and it's up hill speeds are really noticeable , the scooter now revs higher and I sound a little bit like a leaf blower now but I'm really pleased with the extra speeds up hill. I only changed the variator and fitted a genuine Honda drive belt , I didn't change anything else.
I bought the 2021 model of this bike. (euro5) I want to speed up the bike a bit. From what I've seen in your videos, the acceleration seems pretty good. What updates have you made to the bike? Tank you.
The speedo by law must over estimate. I would guess mine is about 3 mph over. I don't have anywhere for a satnav, which would provide the most accurate reading.

Off Ebay. Very cheap but has proved durable and reliable. Battery lasts about 18 months. I have it held in place with velcro so I can remove it to adjust the time (summer and winter) and replace the battery.

I had a Polini variator on one of my C1s. It was very good.
I need to replace it as well on my Honda vision 2014. 8g Rollers ?
Hmm not sure about that , the Polini variator kit came with a set of rollers , it really makes a difference in my up hill speeds , doesn't bog down.

I get 63mph on my 2013 vision then it hits the rev limiter
I wish my 2021 Vision was as quick as this one. I do hope it speeds up a bit after 1000 miles. It reaches 50 on the speedo (47 mph in reality)
It should do better than that. Perhaps needs running in a little longer.
The engine of the Vision 110 will be eventually really loosened up after about 4.000 kilometers (2.500 miles) 👍🏻
how do you get the gauge next to the speedometer? im tryna modified mine but don't know the parts to it
The "gauge" next to the speedometer is a clock. Purchased off Ebay and held in place with sticky Velcro
