Amtrak A517 with Dual P42DC's Trail out of New Westminster BC

The day before, I was informed that Amtrak A518 had a Dual of Amtrak P42s coming North and I knew they would be heading South in the Morning. The next day I woke up early and headed out via bike to Sapperton. The downside was that Amtrak was being held up just before the VCC-Clark Skytrain station and Sapperton, which made the wait longer. However, after catching two CN coal trains, Amtrak finally had priority on the bridge. It was a great day as seeing a dual of P42s on the Cascades is rare as it is mainly seen on long-distance trains or in the Eastern part of the US. Catch them while you sill can as their numbers are decreasing to make space for new charger locomotives.
