Currently editing our reaction for Field of Dreams, but it’s not ready yet, sooooo MORE GRAHAM NORTON! 😁🎉 Thank you as always for your amazing support!
When you edited THIS video…did you not notice that for almost half the video we could not hear any of the Graham Norton voices? I’m going to say you didn’t edit this one because there’s no way you wouldn’t have rewatched & videoed those parts before posting.
@@smoochesTina Oh no! I just rewatched the video and I see that there are some audio issues during the Judi Dench portions- I can hear, but it’s like it goes from stereo to mono then back. I noticed it while watching a little, but I just thought it was my headphones. I think it’s with the original video I pulled from TH-cam, so I’ll be more mindful of that in the future. So sorry!
Just to explain the hotel review Graham read out about being bitten by midgets, it was meant to say Midges, which are small flying insects that bite you, like gnats.

You should absolutely react to the show Vicious (originally it was meant to be titled Vicious Queens, but BBC thought it was a bit much) with Ian McKellen and Derek Jacobi playing a couple who've been together for 48 years. It is SO funny and there are some truly iconic lines and moments in the show. You would wet yourself laughing, just to warn you xD

Thank you! If I jumped in to the Bond world, it would be tough to know where to start. Go new with the recent ones, or begin with some of the classic Connery ones. I know it's debatable, but from an outsider's perspective, I've always thought of Connery as the quintessential Bond
@@DavidvsFilm The first two Bond films are good as they are a bit more serious and set up what the Bond franchise became. The third film, Goldfinger, is where the franchise really takes off. All are worth watching just for Sean Connery.
Thanks!! I love when that happens- discovering someone new who seems fun, and then it turns out she's about to be in something I'm watching soon. Cool.
I have to say, after watching a good bit of British chat shows now, celebs over there just seem (on the whole) very approachable and genuinely down to Earth. Like I honestly feel that if I met Julia Roberts for example, and I said something like, "Julia! I'm David from Texas, and I think you're great!", I'd probably get the polished, canned response of, "Hi, thank you. Have a good day". You know, very polite, but closed off. Whereas I truly believe that if I had the same interaction with Dame Judi, for example, she'd say something like, "Oh aren't you lovely? D'you know, I was in Texas once for a film promotion, and it was the hottest I think I've ever been in my entire life. I don't know how you stand it..", or something like that. Maybe not, but it does seem that way.

This was hysterically funny to me especially the clip of the review. It was obvious autocorrect from midges to midgets which made it even funnier. As a Scot, midges are the bane of my life on summer evenings. Midges generally only appear outside rather than inside. I am extremely allergic to them and come up in huge lumps and welts whereas some people are unaffected. I have seen American reactors visiting Scotland cursing them and recommending bug spray. I have never found an insect repellent which is effective in them. They generally only affect here in the West coast of Scotland and don't generally appear on the East coast. We call them tiny mosquitoes and you will see many people here swatting the air and slapping their arms and legs cause they will muster biting you if you don't. I have been on a train slapping and swatting, a load of tourists entered looking at us as though we were deranged. Within 3 minutes of so, the tourists were swatting and slapping themselves too.
You looked confused by the "midgets" story. Over here we have tiny biting insects called midges. Hence the typo or auto correct. There is rarely a "bad" sofa on his shows but there have been a few guests who weren't really into it.
If you haven’t seen it yet, the BBC Radio 1 channel has a video from last year called “Olivia Colman Pranks Paul Rudd in Agony Ant-Man” (5 mins in), which is very good. As is Dame Judi Dench reciting Shakespeare on a Graham Norton video.
I was really surprised to not see a clip of Dame Judi Dench in that compilation. I believe she was discussing one of “The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel” movies, the one that they showed a clip of her dancing in this compilation, and she was talking about how she wasn’t getting her regular exercise in each day, and that she needed to find a treadmill. And whoever else was on the couch with her (I think) had said that she could just “order one and have it brought to her hotel room.” And so she did. And whoever had suggested that to her, asked her a few days later, how it felt to have that kind of pull, and she replied something like, “I feel drunk with power!” It’s not as funny when I tell it. But it’s hilarious on the show. And I get what you mean about John Malkovich. I loved him in R.E.D.! The way you are with John Malkovich is the way I am with Gary Sinise. Unfortunately, the first thing I saw Gary Sinise in was “Jack the bear“. He played a very… VERY bad guy. It took a lot of watching Apollo 13 and Forrest Gump before I could even look at him without wanting to punch him in the face. 😅 💙💙💙
There’s always time for more Graham, so yay! I am so right with you about John Malkovich, terrified of him with his little plastic gun, and reassured by the nutso version in Red(s). Not sure what to advise about the Bond movies. I’ve seen some all the through and they were good, but it’s not like I can name them in order or match a villain to the title. I guess I know them like I know the Elvis movies, by general outline rather than anything specific. Speaking of, I wonder if anyone has reacted to an Elvis movie, or a beach movie with Frankie and Annette? I may have to search and see. Lovely reaction, as always! Peace …
Judi Dench has been on the Graham Norton Show several times so there are a lot more clips you could view. One of the best is when they discuss Shakespeare. Take a look at that one - you will be amazed! The clip of her dancing was from "The Second Best Exotic Marigold Hotel" (she was also in the prequel - "The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel"). I also recommend you watch the film "Tea with Mussolini". All the main roles are women, and star Judi Dench, Maggie Smith, Joan Plowright and Cher.
The Cleaner starring Greg Davies! HILARIOUS!!! TM series 17 series finale is this week. So good! I love that show! I heard you say WILTY & Cats Does Countdown. Have you seen The Big Fat Quiz panel shows, Travel Man, or QI? So funny!!!! I think the British are way funnier than we Americans are!!!

Ahhhh yeah, same thing with the OC compilation I watched.. I don't put these compilations together or preview them ahead of time, so I never know what is included or left out. But the upside is that now I know there is still more Dame Judi to see! Thank you-
@@MrPerkedel Oh yeah, I didn’t read it that way haha. I genuinely appreciate the advice on these so that I know what to look for in future ones. :) Hope you have a great week ahead my friend.
Hi David! 👋😁 Another wonderful reaction! I swear, watching these is like hanging out with a very fun and funny friend. The Bernard Lee that Dame Judi mentioned was the original "M" (Bond's boss) in the first 11 Bond films. I, like loads of other Bond fans, grew up watching him in the role. And, in real life, he's the grandfather of Jonny Lee Miller (from Elementary).
Id definitely watch you and Marc watching just the Daniel Craig Bond movies in chronological order. They stand on their own whilst still paying homage to all the original Bond tropes.
What is even more amazing about Dame Judi is that sadly she has age related macular degeneration, becoming visually impaired, but isn't about to slow down. She says in an interview, "I mean, I can't see on a film set anymore. And I can't see to read. So I can't see much," the James Bond actor told The Mirror. "But, you know, you just deal with it. Get on. It's difficult for me if I have any length of a part. I haven't yet found a way. Because I have so many friends who will teach me the script. But I have a photographic memory." Despite her sight struggles the actor told BBC journalist Louis Theroux that she has no plans to retire. "I don’t want to retire. I’m not doing much at the moment because I can’t see," she said in the documentary Louis Theroux Interviews.' (Taken from Yahoo Living) What a lady and long may she continue!
Oh no! I have not heard this. You know, she’s one of those actresses whom I just refuse to believe is the age that she is because I don’t want her going anywhere. But I suppose it’s only natural to realize that conditions like this can happen with age. Same with her Dame friend Joan Plowright losing her vision, unfortunately. So sad. I LOVE the clips of her interview with Louis Theroux that I’ve seen, btw. I wish I could find the full interview. Thank you so much for your comment!
Skyfall, is the James Bond movie with Javier as the villain and one of the best bond movies to date. Btw, You don’t need to watch any of the others to see it 👍

Unfortunately, I have :( But here's my dilemma with it and a couple of other shows.. I've seen it, but not all of it. So with Ted Lasso, I've only seen the first 2 seasons. Part of me is tempted to watch the 3rd for the channel, but then I'm afraid I'll forever get the question, "Where are your reactions for seasons 1 & 2??" But I'm holding on to it just in case ;)
(I edited a comment under your pinned comment about your "Field of Dreams" reaction coming, but thought the second paragraph was better served as a separate comment.) Since you were saying you like Kevin Hart, I suggest reacting to "Ride Along" and its sequel. 😊 I'd say more, but I know you like to go in blind. ❤
Thanks! I remember that he and Timothy Dalton were my Dad’s favorite Bonds, so they’re the first ones I knew about. I don’t recall watching any of the movies with him, but I do have one very distinct memory of Bond and a blonde woman riding a cello case in the snow, and I thought it looked like fun lol.
But if you recommend watching from the start... How can 'serious' Sean NOT be your favourite!? Roger started the 'humour' version films and took away a nlittle from the actual books - IMHO
Hey thanks for saying something. Someone else mentioned that too. I think it’s something with the original source material that I used (the compilation video). Did you notice my sound going out too, or just the original video? Also were you listening with headphones or speakers? Thanks for your help- it helps me make sure that it doesn’t happen again.
I would suggest NOT the best to introduce somebody to James Bond; especially with Judie as 'M' (don't want to give spoilers here...). If you have NEVER watched a 'Bond' film... (Duh!?)... Start at the beginning and watch all 25 (if you have the time). 😃
Think a series of Bond movie reactions would be good. May i suggest you start with the Daniel craig movies, which would be 'Casino Royale'. His movies are a reboot from the start and very successful for the franchise.
Thank you- Yes! I’m new to her, but I’m getting more exposure from Taskmaster. If her standup is as quick and witty as her comments, then I know I will love it.

The forced laughter from the rest of the couch with that Kevin Hart clip Will and the girl next to him are laughing way too hard before Kevin even got to the punchline of the story. Also going through school “dench” was another word for strong or well built, like “hench” but we just swapped the first letter lol
I didn't think about it much until you mentioned it, but I can see that. Not so much with Octavia, though- I did get the impression that she was genuinely laughing. But she is an Academy Award-winning actress, so maybe not haha

Guess who's back! Yup, just little old me, with my tired old question, did you read the book(s) yet? lol Still waiting to hear back from you.
Great reaction as usual, your videos are always fun! 💚
Oh have you watched Ted Lasso? I was hoping to see a reaction to it😭 my favourite show of the last few years.
(I edited a comment under your pinned comment about your "Field of Dreams" reaction coming, but thought the second paragraph was better served as a separate comment.)
Since you were saying you like Kevin Hart, I suggest reacting to "Ride Along" and its sequel. 😊 I'd say more, but I know you like to go in blind. ❤
Oh thank you!! I appreciate the suggestion. Never saw it, but I definitely know about it.
When you do Bond...make sure to start from the oldest Bond...Roger Moore is my personal favorite
Sean Connery was the first James Bond
But if you recommend watching from the start... How can 'serious' Sean NOT be your favourite!? Roger started the 'humour' version films and took away a nlittle from the actual books - IMHO
Love Olivia!
You should really see if there is a compilation of Jennifer Lawrence, she so damn funny in interviews.
I said a long time ago you will find your flow you got it bro and my wife thinks you look like a big cuddly teddy bear.
Ian is such a sweetheart. But he doesn’t have the name right of the greenstone. It’s ponamu pronounced poh-nah-moo.
please do watch and react to Graham with Joan Rivers .. there's a few videos with her and she is hysterical.
The episode with will smith and Kevin heart is hilarious, there must be a will smith compilation too! I know he’s controversial in the US now but 🙈
Besides Johnny Carson, graham is the best talk show
You know, I love watching old Carson clips.
Sounds£ keeps going off !
Midges, not midgets, a small, tiny, mosquito type fly that bite big time
react to bind but start with daniels also the story about midgets is supposed to be a midgey aka mosquito
Mariam Margulies on Graham Norton please
Ask and ye shall receive

Just a shame the sound dropped out of the clips😢
I adore Kevin hart ♥️🇬🇧
Skyfall is the best Bond with Judi in
Thanks! I definitely know the song from that one!
@@DavidvsFilm good old Adele!
@@NewkemG Yes! Haha.
I would suggest NOT the best to introduce somebody to James Bond; especially with Judie as 'M' (don't want to give spoilers here...). If you have NEVER watched a 'Bond' film... (Duh!?)... Start at the beginning and watch all 25 (if you have the time). 😃
Love Will Smith
Think a series of Bond movie reactions would be good. May i suggest you start with the Daniel craig movies, which would be 'Casino Royale'. His movies are a reboot from the start and very successful for the franchise.
Check out Sara Pascoe stand up she is hilarious
Thank you- Yes! I’m new to her, but I’m getting more exposure from Taskmaster. If her standup is as quick and witty as her comments, then I know I will love it.
BTS on Graham Norton please
You know, I have a friend who’s been urging me to react to BTS music also, but I’ve never done that in the channel (yet). This is an even better idea! Watching them on Graham Norton. Thank you-
@@DavidvsFilm you won’t regret it…There off stage content alone is worth reacting to..I love them…There is a very inspirational guide “A guide to BTS members…The Bangtan 7” I can’t wait to see your journey down the rabbit whole💜
Thank you again! :)
Watch the old bond films first, the new ones are Jason Bourne clones
The forced laughter from the rest of the couch with that Kevin Hart clip Will and the girl next to him are laughing way too hard before Kevin even got to the punchline of the story. Also going through school “dench” was another word for strong or well built, like “hench” but we just swapped the first letter lol
I didn't think about it much until you mentioned it, but I can see that. Not so much with Octavia, though- I did get the impression that she was genuinely laughing. But she is an Academy Award-winning actress, so maybe not haha
❤
Urgh! Tom Hiddleston.

They did’nt include Judy and Elton John 😳?! That is weird
Yeah I thought the same thing about the OC one I watched that didn't include Helena Bonham Carter and the interviews about the Crown that I've heard about. Hopefully the Elton John moments will pop up in a future compilation!
Odd as it's her best Graham moment by far 😄
too quiet
I've never seen a Bond film and doubt I ever will, not my cup of tea
Hey that’s refreshing to hear! I think I would like them, but now I know that if I don’t, I’ll be in good company.
And I actually thought... Who the Hell has NEVER seen a Bond movie !? 🤔
Hey David! Just to let you know that YT unsubscribed me to your channel 🤬 which is really infuriating 🤬 anyhow I’m back ❤
Hey!! What the hell?? I'm glad you're back! Thank you so much for your support, and sorry that happened.
@@DavidvsFilm I know! Well unfortunately you can’t get rid of me that quickly 🤣 I had wondered why you wasn’t coming up on my feeds. Love your channel and your content 🥰
They did that to me for insulting Trump 😂
I adore Kevin hart ♥️🇬🇧
