👏 I’m also following the glow up hierarchy in 2025 lol it’s 5 tiers and you do bottom tier first then up to the top tier 🎉💅🏻☀️ bottom tier is basic health (diet, fitness, mental, sleep, environment) then goes to basic grooming, then professional grooming, non invasive treatments and top is plastic surgery. All I want with top tier is to get my breasts done after I hit my goal weight. I need to figure out a maintenance schedule too for tiers 1-3
