He had one loss against Canelo. Not sure why he got discouraged from that. He gave a good account of himself against Canelo. He was boxing well! I always wanted to see Plant v. Saunders. Two very good boxers going at it!

He did better than most have against Canelo.
I often wonder how good BJS could have been if he'd kept in shape between fights and fought regularly.

Usyk would have bigger chance if he would be in his prime.
He is already 36 years old and the age could ruin the reflexes, footwork and handspeed first. These are the main weapons of Usyk sadly.

@somah1470 You appear to be arguing in place of the fight happening, which seems misplaced. The fight needs to happen, then we'll see who wins.

He would make Fury look slow and clumsy for sure, fury will duck 100%

Eh? He's lost absolutely nothing yet, he's still in his prime.

I mean that’s one of the reasons why Fury wants to stall this for as long as possible. The problem is Usyk hasn’t really shown any signs of slowing down or missing a step. Don’t be surprised if he comes into this fight at like 215-218 lean as hell. He won’t be trying to outmuscle Fury in the clinch anyway so why put on the extra weight. He’s got other tricks and techniques to deal with the clinch that are more about leverage and positioning of his arms and shoulders. Everyone thinking Fury going to just manhandle Usyk is in for a big surprise.

@@thanevakarian9762 totally agree, i believe the chisora fight was purely to test how he adapts to heavyweight brawling. Chisoras style is come forward and try to muscle you onto the ropes to unload. He did have some early success but he soon figured it out. He will be hard to keep hold of for sure. Not only that he is always moving left and right, so many fighters just throw straight 1 2 then jump into clinch making it easy, this is normally a defensive move after they miss and leave themselves open.
      He doesnt use that tactic
