Good video pal! Small tip.. if you put a float stop about 16” above the feeder and pay a bit of line out the weed catches on the float stop so you can keep your rods in for longer instead of it catching on your feeder and dragging it 👍
Could have had fun with a lure rod after that pike during the wait between casts - got a Westin diamond file to sharpen the hook during a session - they can blunt easily on the Trent
Thanks for the vids man i learnt a bit from the pike fishing on the deads as only new to it so looking forward to more of your vids on that thanks again🎣👍
I was out in that filthy but very fishy weather for three days at Collingham (got mega lucky with the timing of a long planned trip) and they were going mad for it there. Love the vids 🎣 💙
Absolutely love your content although I live in Belgium so I would like to ask whether you are limited in your pike fishing season because of regulations or you fish for other species on purpose. We have, very likely, very different regulations over here. I am an angling steward but the difference in regulations intrigues me (I hope I spelled that correctly)
Normally the pike season in England is from "October - march" you can fish for them all year round but when the warm weather comes in and the oxygen levels drop it's best to avoid fishing for pike , mainly for fish welfare.
Went down here fishing with my mate on Monday we didn’t catch anything either, we ended up leaving early due to swans stealing our bait and attacking us. 😅
An absolute pleasure to watch after a week’s work in education, your natural delivery ways are very calming 👏👏👏👏

Hi,
Would you be able to do a short video as regards to setting up bite alarms and drop of indicators.
🤟 THANKS
I'll put something together 👍
O well not this time but plenty to come. Bring em on. 😂
I always fish right in the margins in these conditions.
I would count that as a blank saver 😂
Imagine if the bag had a name of the pupil that chucked it in the river 😂
Afternoon pal. Love your content. I take it this is down a1 pits stretch on the trent ? Cheers buddy

Them swans can a pain in the arse 😂
What test curve rods are you using? Great video
These rods are 3 1/2 TC mega heavy rods
Are you on a still water to already have that video pre recorded? Bit confused
No mate , went back the day after
So you literally 'bagged up'...
Hi mate hope you’re okay thing your really sound, when you cast why do you pull your rod back towards you
first to comment the mighty trent nottingham forest are magic
It's a good job I'm not a county fan 😂
