That's because Nohr has better characters overall with more varied personality quirks and unique traits. Hoshido literally has 3 characters whose personalities are almost identical to an insulting degree (Hinoka, Hana, and Hinata are all generic strength crazed people who are oblivious to other things).
I actually preferred most of the Hoshidan interactions over the Nohrians. Which is disappointing because I actually prefer the Nohr characters overall, I just felt some of their supports were...meh.
I like how this S-support only takes, like, 3 lines to get to one of the characters saying "I love you". Usually they are awkwardly blushing and making analogies until the very end of the conversation.

The fact that she is a little selfless and gives some of the money to her family I think is a good trait to have. It also shows that she has a kind heart when she isn't thinking about money. That is one of the reasons why she was the first character I married in both Conquest and Revelations.
