Tony is doing great here! He obviously could polish it more but man! he already sounds better than Tanner did in the first shows when his throat was shut. Keep at it Tony, there is only one way for you, UP!
I don't know what people are talking about in these comments... Tony sounds great here. I never got into these guys, mainly because I wasn't feeling their last vocalist, but if they were to have Tony AND Austin on vocals, I'd definitely be a fan.
Wasn't at this particular show but I saw them in NC and when Austin hopped on the vocals during cycle it got very lit very quickly and I loved it, his vocals compliment their style so well during those kinds of aggressive parts.
I think everyone can agree Tony and Austin killed it. I like this line up, they should leave it like this and get a new bassist. Maybe even get Josh back.
Gotta admit, I was upset when they dropped Tanner... But fuck me, Tony is killing it right now!!! Is it wrong for me to say that I want Tony to be on vocals permanently?
Sure maybe Tony isn't the best vocalist at the moment but his voice is different and I can see it benefiting the band quite a bit, especially once he starts getting better with it. Considering he was able to just pick it up like this is impressive and in my opinion I think they should keep him on vox. (please don't hate me because of my opinion lmao)
I've probably said this numerous times, but Tony is fucking killing it. From what I've seen from the bands Insta, they could potentially have a new bassist, which means Tony is most likely gonna stay on Vox. Don't get me wrong, I fucking loved Tanner and what he bought to Repose, I really did, but I'm excited what Tony will bring in terms of vocals. We've heard him do screams, growls and clean vocals, so he's got the chops I'm hoping he's more edging towards what Tanner did for Repose and go quite heavy.
Probs to Tony he is doing a great job Being in a band and trying to find the right people is hard. I hope they can find someone who is as serius about the band as Tony and fluff for vocals Tanner did a great job on the album I really liked it (maybe alittle to much growling for my taste) He made a master piece of retrospect, In a video i saw an early version of the song with Vince it had a totally different melody line in my oppionin not as good Only to to bad Tanner had a Drinking and smoking problem (never good for a singer)
Not Sosig Ramsey I don't have a drinking problem. 1 beer 4-5 hrs before showtime on 2 occasions. 1 on 3 occasions after different shows. Smoked for 12 years on and never has issues. I had a head cold on tour. Just clearing up misconceptions.
Anyone know what happened with Tanner? Why is Tony on vocals? He sounds great but I'm just curious as to why EDIT: Never mind I checked their Instragram as to why
i dont usually get into arguments on youtube because most people act like you. im sure you're a real badass behind that keyboard but i guarantee you wouldnt have the balls to call me an idiot to my face. If you reply back with some bullshit reply saying that you would ill post my address right here for the whole world to see and give you the oppurtunity to do so. have a nice day YOU fucking idiot!!
This amateurish band without Tanner as their lead vocalist is no more than a tone deaf middle school garage band. The best songs were written and sung by Tanner. The new lead vocalist, Tony, CAN'T SING and the creativity and stage presence is gone! Rest, Repose is now a huge disappointment. Feedback about their tour has been negative despite the misinformation they posted on social media.
do i hate you props to tony if anything he got switched from guitar to bass now vocals hes doing amazing tell that to tonys face and see what happens how about you try to sing it
Just because they have an interim lead singer who isn't as good as Tanner doesn't make them a tone deaf middle school garage band. Everything else is on point IMO. I don't see how Jared Dines could be considered amateur or garbage.
Tony is doing great here! He obviously could polish it more but man! he already sounds better than Tanner did in the first shows when his throat was shut. Keep at it Tony, there is only one way for you, UP!
Wasnt it because tanner left and they didnt have anyone
@@higoodbye9528 They actually fired Tanner because of his smoking and drinking and broken promises.
I don't know what people are talking about in these comments... Tony sounds great here. I never got into these guys, mainly because I wasn't feeling their last vocalist, but if they were to have Tony AND Austin on vocals, I'd definitely be a fan.
Props to Tony for stepping up. TY for the upload.
My second favorite show I've ever been to!
Tony is a beast! The band sounded great!
Screams:
Jared: Deep wretched growl
Austin: Wild wombat (in the positive way)
Tony literally has such a good voice!!!
Goddamn Tony you beauty! He's really shining on the vocals here.
Thank you so much for this! Tony's vocal chops caught me off guard, and so did Dickey coming out for vocls during The Cycle.
Lukas Lawler Glad you like it! Sub for more content! 😃
Wasn't at this particular show but I saw them in NC and when Austin hopped on the vocals during cycle it got very lit very quickly and I loved it, his vocals compliment their style so well during those kinds of aggressive parts.
The energy here is amazing
The move from Jared onto guitar was a good idea!
I think everyone can agree Tony and Austin killed it. I like this line up, they should leave it like this and get a new bassist. Maybe even get Josh back.
Victor Lopez they cant get Josh back cause he left cause he couldn't commit to touring.
They did get a new bassist and his name is also josh
Such a great band! Great vid
NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS Cheers! Sub if you wanna see more videos
😉
Tony sounds great and looks like he's having fun.
Great fucking show
Gotta admit, I was upset when they dropped Tanner...
But fuck me, Tony is killing it right now!!!

Fuck I wish I was at this show, Austin and Tony were electric.
All of them were but those two really made me wanna start jumping around
finally get to hear tony's voice! not to shabby
I can't understand a word Austin was screaming during the Cycle but it looked bad ass so I'm not complaining!
I must admit, their last vocalist was a real beast, so probs to Tony for taking that position
I've probably said this numerous times, but Tony is fucking killing it.

Dude...tony got some pipes!
Tony's got a crazy good voice. Should do it full time
What if Tony played bass and sang at the same time? Or put Austin in as another vocalist. Austin and Tony singing together would be cool.
I suggested that and Tony said it'd never happen unfortunately!
Wow tony can scream too, holy shit
5:21 that pinch harmonic
dude tony's killing it as vocals truly amazing but whos on bass
Jared is playing guitar not bass
SaltyBroadcast backing tracks
Tony is a decent vocalist, not an outstanding one tho. But he has some stage presence quirks already btw
K. Metylski Tony has always had the best stage presence in the band honestly.
Alex Rooney well, might be, apart from being.. Fluffy
Tony is no better than a tone-deaf middle school kid.
tony can fucken scream
Probs to Tony he is doing a great job

He made a master piece of retrospect,
In a video i saw an early version of the song with Vince it had a totally different melody line in my oppionin not as good

Anyone know the opening act, it would mean a lot for me to find out
"the cycle" off the self titled album
their stage presence is legendary
who's playing the bass?
What happen to josh the bassist of them
I’ve been wondering, what happened to tanner?
Collin Putney check the Rr instagram the statement is on there.
Anyone know what happened with Tanner? Why is Tony on vocals? He sounds great but I'm just curious as to why
EDIT: Never mind I checked their Instragram as to why
Whos playing bass?
Jared is playing lead guitar
Sweet Jones III lol ahaha, i guess they are playing over a backingtrack then
i dont usually get into arguments on youtube because most people act like you. im sure you're a real badass behind that keyboard but i guarantee you wouldnt have the balls to call me an idiot to my face. GUYS I still need to know...
who the fuck is playing bass lol
It’s just backtracked
lol tony isn't that good. but glad he could help them finish the tour
Digital distortion..... yuuuuuuck!!!!!!!!!!!
Dont know what you everyones listening too but vocals arent good. Better then last singer but geeze.

Tony is only a replacement until they find a new Vocalist. He was backup vocals before.
The truth is pretty much, Tanner had a bad cold that was affecting his vocal chords and they didn’t care and kicked him out.
Everyone ignore this. this is Tanners mom on a fake account. She means well. But she's coming off real weird. Just don't feed the troll.
Just because they have an interim lead singer who isn't as good as Tanner doesn't make them a tone deaf middle school garage band. Everything else is on point IMO. I don't see how Jared Dines could be considered amateur or garbage.
“And then there were four.” And then there were three. And then there were two. And then there was the one who destroyed Rest, Repose.
