For dosa batter-
1. ½ cup semolina
2. ½ cup rice flour
3. ¼ cup all pourpouse flour
4. 1 tsp salt
5. 1 tsp cumin seeds
6. 7-8 chopped curry leaves
7. 2-3 chopped green chilly
8. ½ cup chopped coriander leaves
9. 4 cup water
10. ¼ tsp black pepper powder
11. ¼ tsp dry ginger powder
12. 1 tbsp curd
For chutney-
1. ½ cup chopped fresh coconut
2. 2 chopped green chilly
3. 1 tbsp roasted chickpeas
4. ½ tsp salt
5. ½ cup water
6. 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
For tadka-
1. 1 tsp oil
2. ½ tsp black mustard seeds
3. ¼ tsp asafoetida
4. 5-7 curry leaves
