Great to see Arran employing a young and energetic team down there in the Lagg distillery. I can’t wait another 8 years for the first Lagg 10yo heavily peated, so will you possibly release some „works in progress“ every now and again? Very interesting to hear how fast the stills are run to get the vapours up and over into the lyne arm as quickly as possible. I’ve tried the new make at Lagg (2019) and was very enthused. This is going to be an excellent addition to Scotland’s bevy of first-class peated whiskies. Cheers.
