I am a Cowboys fan, so I regularly drop in to hear Skip talk about the Cowboys.
I think the Cowboys plan is to draft, develop, and sign cheap free agents. Cheap as in the NFL minimum $1.2 Million. The problem with this plan is that it does not really move the needle enough for the Cowboys to go from good to great. The Cowboys are stuck in a loop where they can beat the bad teams, but not the good teams. And they do well enough in the regular season to not get a high draft pick. And the cycle continues.

I don’t watch the show as I did with Unc and now the format has definitely changed. As a fan, I have always like the playmaker but he has succumbed to Skip and his view sounds more rehearsed. Keyshawn is refreshing bc (aside from Bron conversations) he keeps it business and explains the logic as opposed to his feelings. Key continuously explains what teams/coaches are thinking when it comes to $$. No team is spending $15-18 million in the RB room anymore not for 1 guy. Now if they can get 2 for 1 great!!!
