i don't understand back then why they had to ask Christina's Parents for money when they were driving around in a decked out Cadillac Escalade i mean i don't understand how they didn't have money back then
the new kitchen looks old fashion and out of style, just like the old one did. the countertops in kitchen and bathroom are terrible and old fashion as well.
Don't forget this is when they first got started,se eral years ago when the brown cabinets were in style and the terrazzo walls and laminate flooring was the style as well.
Did anyone else get the idea that Christina isn't super close with her dad? He didn't give off warm, fuzzy vibes. The house was definitely improved, but we don't know what their profit was. I'm not sure how well those dark floors worked out. Everyone I know with dark floors hates them. This was before the grey and white days that followed.
Here I was thinking that they started their dream from scratch! 🤣🤣🤣🤣!!! Why not just say, "hey we come from money, are trying to make more money and we need you "thirsty for keeping up with the Jones" folks to take on mortgages, by a home you're never going to be able to fully enjoy because you are now focused on paying off the mortgage because you want to live how we're living, just without the financial and john Hancock back up that we had to become the Jones. 🤣🤣🤣🤣. Um....okay.
wtf is he supposed to call him…? “Mr. Haack”? 😂 lol I bet that her dad told him to call him by his first name, esp since he’s married to her daughter for Christs sake. 🤦♀️
All Christina should've said was "Um...hey dad...you know we're on TV, right??" MLS listing: "HGTV home for sale via the Flip or Flop couple" "SOLD." Dang they look so young here. I miss them as a couple, they had a great resonance together, fun and funny. Christina looked great. Pre-today's 5' 9" and 37 pounds. (Had no idea she was that tall btw, had to look it up. I always thought she was 5'6" or so).

Where is the lock box? Maybe ask the cameraman that was waiting in the house.
With the back room demo. They could create a Wow factor on outdoor living with slider doors.
I wish they told us how much they made on this one. Obviously it was when they first started.
According to the "List of Flip or Flop episodes" page on Wikipedia, they made $62,250 profit on this one.
Why strip the garden of all the trees like the willow? It has ruined. House nice though.
I just noticed, Christina’s youngest son looks like his grandpa!
Clearly a very old episode as Christine is NOT his "honey." lol.
3:37 watch out HONEY

Banks will only loan so much credit towards your business income. They more than likely had multiple mortgages out at the time.

This was one of their first shows. It’s several years old.

Even today I like cream colored granite
But it definitely is out of style today
This video is about 12 years old, 2010. Their style and design has changed dramatically over the years.
The kitchen looked almost the same, how the hell did that cost $15,000??
I’m guessing is they only put some of that 15 in the kitchen and needed money somewhere else.

With a whole film crew, director, staging etc ... I wouldn't react spontaneously either.
Kitchen not really a WOW factor
