Stuck on the spikes too… redone them about 10 times and can’t get it 🤦🏻‍♀️ could you do one in a different type of yarn? Maybe it’ll be more visible or how you turn your work.. I think that’s where I mess up 😅😅

I'm sorry to read that you find it hard to make the spikes. When working on the spikes, pay close attention to where my yarn tail ends, and try to replicate that placement. As for turning your work, it simply involves flipping it around when you reach the end of the round and crocheting in the opposite direction of the previous round. I hope this helps.

My only advice is to use stitch markers for every stitch of the spike. This helps me a lot.

I have to tell u, that your explanation it is a little confuse when you speak about increase, por example, on the head, r8, just said 3 sc and increase, but never tell us that repeat 5 times....😢and so that obtain 30 sg
