Bühler Group - Bühler apprentices in the USA

This video was created by two Bühler polymechanic apprentices from Switzerland, fourth year of training with specialization in assembly. From August 26 to December 6, 2014, they worked as customer service technicians at the Bühler site in Minneapolis, USA and enjoyed the same working day as the local apprentices. Thanks to ClassUnlimited™ they both did not miss the regular vocational school classes in Switzerland during their stay abroad.

I am wondering, were you able to compare the general quality of work of American companies with your company's work? Is the Swiss style education better suited to result in better engineering work?
