In my opinion, this would be one of my favorite vlogging cameras. It has really good quality with a really high zoom! So I LOVE THIS CAMERA!!! Shooting music videos and skits have high quality and is easy to do!!
Do you have problems with the videos? When I see them on the computer are so bad, so grainy. :(
You guys are using the wrong programs. You can change the functions of quality on your computer
the computer only picks up the fastest and easiest route. you have to manually change the resolution

Very informative video! I have the Nikon L820 and I can say that the Canon SX510 has a much faster autofocus system. And also the full manual mode makes the Canon a better closer competitor. I am working on a firmware to make the Nikon L820 focus faster, but for now Canon SX510 has the focus system beat!
Nice video. I am in the market for a superzoom, and I am waging between L820 and SX510 HS, though I think I've made my mind for Canon, so now I will wait a little for a price drop. I read a review with image samples from both, and Canon has much better pictures, in the same conditions. Other advantage is that you get manual control with Canon, and only auto with Nikon, which might be important to someone.

I am about to get one. I must ask about blitz. I see there is not button to open it manually. You must open it by pulling it with you fingers. Can this, in time, affect the property of keeping the blitz closed? I do apologize for pure English. Please, HELP....

Unfortunately not , sorry mate. However the canon 710 and 700 and I think 600 hs all have this feature. They are all reasonably priced aswell . hope this helped

He does turn down the music when the more important subject occur, so I will still rate it high for information content.

I'm assuming English isn't your first language as I understood every word he says without effort. I would have liked him to have talked about the different modes in more detail though.
I like canon products they take very good picture and it is light and easy to caring when you go on long walks I would recommend it
