    Had to chuckle a little there when you said 'now that the weather here is getting a little cooler you're considering doing a spot of camping'!! Here in the UK we tend to pray for warmer weather to do exactly the same thing!! lol
    Great upload btw, thanks for sharing.

    If Yankee can assemble it, anyone can :) I actually could use one of these - I am tired of sleeping on the ground when I camp haha

    My question, what's the gap between the cross bars and the fabric, given it's going to sag a bit when you lay on it, can you feel the bars ?

    Do the feet tear into the bottom of your tent? I had a cot once and it tore the floor.

    In favor some of anything that would make my back feel better instead of hard ground. 👍

    Not a dig on this review. But, I wonder why no one reviews setting up these cots inside the tent, or putting them in the tent after set up? My experience is it's pretty challenging with side entry 2p tents.

    • @YankeeTankerOutdoors
      @YankeeTankerOutdoors  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      You wouldn’t set it up inside the tent. You would set it up outside of the tent then slide it in. And 2p tents are way to small to hold any kind of cot.

    • @norsefalconer
      @norsefalconer 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@YankeeTankerOutdoors actually I use a cot regularly inside a side entry 2p tent. It's challenging, but as long as it's not too long for the tent it works. The trick is to slide the poles into the material one section at a time, putting them together after inserting. Then attach the legs under the cot because it can't be flipped over easily inside a 1p, 2p or maybe even a 3/4p "backpacking" tent (Moto camping in my case). The design you reviewed looks like it would make the process easier than the "circle leg" design I currently use. I guess that's why I'd like to see a review of this type.

    Camping colab with OWWC? New sub flew over from OWWC. i rather enjoy watching you two and your constant fishing wars between the two of ya. ANd for the one who thumbs downed this video, im guessing you'd rather sleep on the cold hard floor with rocks in your back cause you think you cleared them all away but didn't.!!
