the problem i have with upgrading and downgrading is that when i upgrade into an item of equal or tiny bit over i’ll usually dg into more than i gave, THEN i upgrade again but when i try again the item has a usually big “overpay” so it’s hard to profit off that, how can i work around this?

You should try to snipe on big limiteds, og limiteds (those are either stable or barely get projected) or items with big demand (may be hard to snipe though)

There is a 4th way to! You can put rap items that are selling high on sale and if they sell you make 3x the profit for the amont you got for the item.

Keep looking for good deals, just never overpay more than you did on your previous upgrade so you don't stall.
