Hello Dear Otaku, We Understand your Curiosity but it is not Possible to get 10K+ trophies. In the Older Bullet Echo, there weren't any Bravery Road so Ultimately progresses were reflected in the number of trophies. Usually you'll get to see 10K+ trophies only in the players who have played more than 4-5 years. Since the Bravery Road was introduced the trophy count got capped/limited to 10K. Hope this Helps.
