I still have the picture of Old Pragati Maidan. The prism of several triangular shape domes windows. What a structure it was and so many people used to come back in those days even the air of Delhi was so fresh back then elevating the whole new experience of roaming around Pragati Maidan premises, It was inaugurated on 3 November 1972 by then Prime Minister Indira Gandhi, on the eve of the International Trade Fair called Asia 72 so most of the people who are saying this is the sign of our progress has no idea or never been to Old Pragati Maidan🔥🔥🇮🇳 For us Delhites, who has childhood memories attached with this place always gonna recognise this marvel of the place by "PRAGATI MAIDAN". I'm glad even on Google while searching for it, It's still called "Pragati Maidan"

I graduated from IIT-Mumbai and settled down in San Diego, California, and I follow India's progress with great pride. I see a new India emerging. The self-confidence and motivation that I see in the younger generation is remarkable. India should never look for validation from the West or any other country. We should not replicate what other countries have done but outshine every other country in every field. We should relentlessly pursue progress in infrastructure development. Not only should we shoot for 120% in excellence, but we also should strive to complete the task 200% faster. We tend to take things too easy and take much more time to finish projects than other countries. My best wishes for Diwali, and I hope you successfully get the message out.

Unemployment is a issue which can't be ignored but the work on infrastructure and ease of doing business by the current government is really admirable
Students need to focus on Tech & Management courses rather than going for BSC , BA etc... Lot of then end up wasting time for government job exams

For me and for all Delhi localites or Delhites, This always gonna "PRAGATI MAIDAN" for us. Going here since more than 15 years or perhaps even more, Pragati Maidan is a special place in my heart. I still have the picture of Old Pragati Maidan. The prism of several triangular shape domes windows. What a structure it was and so many people used to come back in those days even the air of Delhi was so fresh back then elevating the whole new experience of roaming around Pragati Maidan premises, It was inaugurated on 3 November 1972 by then Prime Minister Indira Gandhi, on the eve of the International Trade Fair called Asia 72 so most of the people who are saying this is the sign of our progress has no idea or never been to Old Pragati Maidan🔥🔥🇮🇳

I graduated from IIT-Mumbai and settled down in San Diego, California, and I follow India's progress with great pride. I see a new India emerging. The self-confidence and motivation that I see in the younger generation is remarkable. India should never look for validation from the West or any other country. We should not replicate what other countries have done but outshine every other country in every field. We should relentlessly pursue progress in infrastructure development. Not only should we shoot for 120% in excellence, but we also should strive to complete the task 200% faster. We tend to take things too easy and take much more time to finish projects than other countries. My best wishes for Diwali, and I hope you successfully get the message out.
