Increasing electric vehicles (EVs) will lead to higher electricity consumption, which may be produced by coal, but this does not necessarily create a difference.
No bro it really creates difference. The pollution will be created in area with less people and the trees can purify the pollution. Using petrol and diesel vehicles is like keeping your nose before the exhaust. Just keep pollution creation in less people and more tree area and people will be safe and pollution affect will be reduced by trees. Added benefit is petrol can be exchanged with Solar.

Stubble burning is indeed a significant problem, but it's essential to understand the underlying reasons behind it and consider the practical challenges farmers face. Farmers are not burning stubble willingly or out of disregard for the environment; it is their compulsion (majboori) due to the lack of financially viable alternatives. The main issue lies in the short window between harvesting one crop and sowing the next. For instance, in the case of rice and wheat, the time available to prepare the fields for the next planting season is extremely limited. Leaving the land idle for long periods is simply not an option for farmers. Moreover, the average landholding size in India is very small-around 1.08 hectares, as per the 2019 agricultural census-making it even harder for farmers to adopt costly or time-intensive alternatives to stubble burning. While there are solutions like crop residue management machines (e.g., Happy Seeder) or converting stubble into biomass or manure, these options are either too expensive or require logistical support that small and marginal farmers cannot afford. Furthermore, the subsidies provided for such machinery often fail to reach the farmers who need them most. Instead of solely blaming farmers or imposing penalties, we need actionable, immediate solutions that align with their economic realities. These could include: - Financial incentives or subsidies for farmers adopting eco-friendly methods of stubble management. - Government-supported custom hiring centers for machinery, making equipment like Happy Seeder or Super Straw Management System accessible. - Scaling up efforts to convert stubble into bioenergy or compost, which can create an additional income stream for farmers. - Extending crop diversification programs, encouraging a shift away from water-intensive crops like rice to less residue-heavy crops. It's crucial to approach this issue with empathy and understanding. Farmers are the backbone of our nation’s food security, and they need practical support, not just directives, to transition toward sustainable agricultural practices.
Govt is talking about stubble burning bro. Even they have fined many farmers But if they do something like take serious action then people and farmers will play victim card.
my father is also farmer , lekin aab tum bolo bhai agar dan ko acchi kimat nahi milegi to paise nahi aayege , or paise nahi honge to stubble burning hi sasta option bachata hai , agar uski harvesting kiyi jaye to wo bahut hi jada costely hoti hai and time bhi jada lagata hai
I am from Punjab This year my family has spent 15 lakh to buy the technology that is required to stop stubble burning. So do you really this 15 lakh technology is piece of cake for every farmer. If 15 lakh is a piece of cake then all people of Delhi should buy ev cars because cars causes more pollution than stubble burning.

Respected Abhi and Niyu, I very much appericiate your work towards various critical situations which are arising in the country and internationaly. But why don't you share the source or your research papers including the websites from where you take the information. You always provide the information on which equipments you use but not the website from which you read the information.
Hi Abhi and Niyu, I’m a fan of your work and have a suggestion regarding the farming sector. Every year, there's a dispute over Cauvery water between two states due to water shortages, mainly because they grow rice and sugarcane, which require a lot of water. Instead, they could grow millets, which need less water. Although the government supports millet farming, it’s not enough. If the government provides millets instead of rice to people, it could save costs and distribute more food. Millets are cheaper to buy than rice, allowing the government to offer larger quantities. This transition can be implemented gradually over a year, and the government can introduce millet recipes in schools. Benefits of Farming and Consuming Millets: Nutritional Profile: Millets: Rich in fiber, protein, vitamins, and minerals; lower glycemic index; gluten-free. Rice: Primarily a carbohydrate source; lower in fiber; glycemic index varies. Cultivation and Environmental Impact: Millets: Drought-resistant, require less water, thrive in arid conditions, lower carbon footprint. Rice: Water-intensive, contributes to water scarcity and methane emissions. Yield and Economic Viability: Millets: Lower yields but more profitable in water-scarce regions. Rice: Higher yields with well-established market infrastructure. Taste and Texture: Millets: Nutty flavor, slightly chewy, versatile. Rice: Mild flavor, soft texture, widely consumed. Your thoughts on this would be greatly appreciated. Looking forward to your response.

Vehicular Emissions: High population density leads to heavy traffic, resulting in significant emissions of pollutants like nitrogen oxides (NOx), particulate matter, and carbon monoxide (CO). About 40% of Delhi's air pollution is attributed to vehicular emissions, with diesel vehicles being a major contributor. Industrial Emissions: Industries around Delhi, especially in areas like Ghaziabad, Noida, and Faridabad, release pollutants such as sulfur dioxide (SO2) and particulate matter due to the burning of fossil fuels and poor pollution control measures. Crop Stubble Burning: Farmers in neighboring states burn leftover stubble after harvesting, releasing massive amounts of smoke, PM2.5, and carbon monoxide into the atmosphere. Construction Dust: Ongoing construction projects produce significant amounts of dust due to material handling, vehicular movement on unpaved roads, and demolition activities.
This issue is so much bigger than stubble burning. There’s a complete lack of infrastructure for managing waste, and people often burn plastic and other harmful materials. Until we change this mindset, pollution will remain a constant issue

Wow! As a content editor for media companies, I loved your editing quality in this video along with the content @Abhi
Appreciate your work very good❤❤🎉🎉
Vehicular Emissions: High population density leads to heavy traffic, resulting in significant emissions of pollutants like nitrogen oxides (NOx), particulate matter, and carbon monoxide (CO).
Great insights.
please bring more of niyati on this channel. love your povs

Q3) WHY GOVERMENT SHOULD NOT TAKE ANY ACTION TO THOSE OFFICER WHO DON'T PERFORM THERE JOB EFFICTIVELY
Q4) WHY THE WE ONLY FOCUS ON GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT IF WE DONT FOCUS ON REPAIRMENT THAN THE ALL DEVELOPMENT WATED AT THE END
Q5) WHY THERE ARE NOT ANY RULE REGARDING TAKE ACTION AGAINST ANY GOVERMENT EMPLOYEE BY A NORMAL CITIZEN

Come on..public transport is way better than other cities..delhi metro, dtc buses...mostly people dont prefer public transport coz they want to show off their luxury and pollition causing cars..
Exactly, how could he conveniently forgot to mention the huge Delhi metro network and the new RRTS system.
Few main reasons for Delhi Pollution -
- Khujliwal & AAP
- Haryana's Parauli burning.
Its nothing to do with Crackers ( So called green crackers ☠️) and Delhites Car extravaganza.
