👩‍🍳 RECIPE: Jewish-Asian Chicken Soup for Passover

Celebrating Passover in the time of coronavirus was a first. I don't recommend trying to host an online gathering with any family that has a tendency to talk over one another, but one advantage of a solo Seder is that your relatives can't tell you off for messing with grandma's chicken soup recipe.
In 2020, my chicken soup was spiked with red dates and lemongrass, my matzo balls with Sichuan peppercorns and ginger, and you know what? It bloody well works. This video will teach you the recipe, along with the Passover story (or at least my version of it), and all the best Yiddish swear words. L'chaim, heathens.
