Been in this business for over 30 years & these are some of the very best large planted display tanks I have ever seen, thanks. Got to be the carpeted Cardinal tank for me - outstanding. Significant man hours needed to keep this lot looking so fine I expect.
My favorite also. Cardinal Tetras and German Blue Rams are my favorite fish, so naturally, I am entranced with these 3 islands and the fish. I thought they would school around the tank as 1 large group, rushing from one end to the other end- what a beautiful surprise to see them in protective groups over each island! Amazing!!❤
I realized that I went to sumida aquarium back in October 2015. And 5 years later, the tank still look immaculately maintained. It is really awesome. Some day I hope to be back!

I could pull up a chair and watch them all day! The interactive floor space is every childs dream, but I would like to walk on it just like you, too! How clever they have this. I went to Sumida Aquarium in August to see these amazing aquascapes. Really worth checking out, it was super crowded the day I went, but they also had a goldfish exhibit that was really cool to see. Great video

Co2,Co2,Co2,! Light!.Light!,Light!..keys to success. Sumida must get Cardinal tetra's for free! My only negative is that Humphead wrasse looks depressed big time. He needs a larger tank,or more flow to give him some exercise. Poor guy.` The planted tanks are superb. Fish homes.

I love the japanese way of gardening; all the tanks are great ; the rainbow fish always steal the show! tank 5 and 3 my favourites.
You have to love these Japanese people. That take a simple fish keeping and bring it to perfection.

I liked # 4. Long tanks are great for small sharks. The plants were amazing on 3 and 5. Amano is a master.
